I got refunded after many weeks. Was very difficult after explained my issue with Apple support. Was furious when I used for less than 3 free days trial period and they took £33.99 from credit card account. I’m very care having learned from all my online experiences. Make sense & understanding with all humanity & I dealt with my issues in a calm way without using foul language which we all use in our lifetime because no one makes any sense understood but to use us in every way if they could get away with it after having explained in depth about the simple issue…so I hate writing, phoning when there are issues in our lifetime with all human issues around us…till it’s sorted it’s very boring frustrating especially getting my simple issues resolved.
