New iPhone 14 and QR scanner won’t focus
Hangs on startup End User License agreement
This app seems useless AFAICT. It hangs on the End User License screen when it opens. The Agree and Disagree buttons do nothing and you can’t scroll. iOS 14.4 iPhone X

Direct Print and Scan for Mobile
This is a pathetic app, which calls for a QR code which apparently does not exist as evidenced by multiple questions from users and no serious answer from Canon. It is disappointing that a company which makes such fine products could come out with such crappy software.
Horrible app
Does not work without a QR code on the printer or a device id and password, neither of which my Canon printer have.
Love the printer but the app and using it over the network / airprint leaves a lot to be desired. Was hoping this app would help but it is useless.

I have more success without this app
This app won't even print to my printer. However my IPad can find and print to my canon printer without the app. I wanted the app so I could try and scan a doc to my iPad. What a worthless app. I swear there a some really incompetent apps out there and even more incompetent programmers. Take your app down please.

Apparently you have to download something onto your printer first. Too many acronyms and the download requires a license...ugh

This app cannot find any of my printers asks for a barcode or connection code I have no idea where that would be a search of the manual and Google reveals no information on this

Not working with IPhone and latest updates
The product doesn't work when using the latest update on iPhone 6.
Too difficult to find printer
Wants some kind of QR code to connect to printer. All I want is to print to a regular sheet of paper instead of it telling me go buy special photo paper every time I try to print from the phone wirelessly. Canon fail
