How do I log in?

I recently found your site and payed a membership fee to be able to fully benefit from your website. I found that the website is very great and works perfectly so far.
However I looked for the app to make it easier to continue looking for an apartment while on the go and on the road.
I tried logging in but it doesn't let me log in at all it keeps saying error retrieving data or session timed out.

It seems as if the app would have great potential based on what I've seen from your website, but since I can't log in... I guess we would never know.
If by any chance you can fix
this opportunity it would be great because I really have a need for it at the moment!!
