Worked great up until I updated to IOS 17. App will open and log into fine. ANY drop down menu now crashes the app.
Issue with the mobile app on direct wire
Every time I try to open a diagram it shutdown automatically, I have to go to the computer
BUGS NEED TO BE FIXED
I have been using this app for the past 6 years. Half of the time it works great, the rest of the time I constantly have to re type in my log in just for the app to crash EVERYTIME when I go to direct wire. It would be very convenient if I didn’t have to pull out my laptop when I’m laying under a dash because the mobile app consistently crashes.

Ever since I downloaded the IOS17 update I can only get as far as selecting my region. I select North America and the app closes. Is there a fix or solution to this yet because I use the app daily.
No Instructions
The app you probably thought was going to give you the detailed instructions on how to get that pager remote for the alarm working, but it doesn't.

Can this app be updated for better use on the bigger iPhones please. Hard to see the screen on such a little display

App is shrunken and does not fill the screen... always have to put in password to search up cars and wires. Rather use browser instead of app.

Login accounts are not saved after last update, must input credentials everytime. Other than that great!

Please make it save the vehicle picked in direct wire when switching from each part of the app
Also it will randomly crash and kick me al the way out when trying to re enter a vehicle in direct wire after going to another part of the app.

App freezes with all devices with iOS 8.

I like it but.....
On my iPhone 5c running iOS 8.0.2, it freezes every time you click on any tab. On my iPad mini running iOS 7.1.2, works good but doesn't seem to be optimized for an iPad. On both my devices, it will not let me login to xpresskit.

App Freezes
Go to home screen. Hit user account. Enter your account information. The app will no longer work after that. If you try to enter any feature I. The app it will freeze. I'm running 8.0.2 on iPad 4.
