How does DirectHealth work?
DirectHealth allows you to book an appointment to see a clinician via a secure video call on your mobile. Clinicians can offer to write prescriptions, and medication can be delivered the next day.
Who are the clinicians on DirectHealth?
The clinicians on DirectHealth are fully registered in Kuwait and have extensive experience, practicing at PHC’s of Dhaman Health Assurance Hospitals.
How do I book an appointment on DirectHealth?
To book an appointment, select 'New appointment' in the app, choose a GP, date, time, and slot. Once satisfied, select 'book'.
What are the operating hours for DirectHealth clinicians?
Online clinicians are available 6 days a week between 10 AM and 5 PM to accommodate customer schedules.
How are my consultation recordings kept on DirectHealth?
All consultation recordings are encrypted to ensure excellent quality. You can view them on your DirectHealth account under 'My Appointments'.
Does DirectHealth have ads?
No, DirectHealth does not contain advertisements. The app is free to use and does not display ads.
