Logged out every time it updates!

I like the features and the functions of this app, but every time this app updates, it loggs you out and you can’t get logged in. Then you try forgot password, and it never sends the token to your email. it’s a massive headache.

Cool concept

Great idea but when I log in it only has the option for my original card.. which I lost years ago.. and my new card which I’ve had for over a year does not show up.

I love this app and love that I get alerts to my phone right away when my Directions card is used

I do not see a way to change your username?

Unfortunately there is not a way for you to change the username yourself after enrollment. If you would like a new username, please call (888) 508-2228 and speak with our card services department. They can help you get unenrolled so that you can enroll with a new username.

Cool app but ???

I think this pretty cool, but I am not sure why it wouldn’t just be apart of the app already with the banking. It may also be nice to have the current balance of the account!!

Confused

I can see where I spend my money, how much money I spend, and manage where my money goes...but I can’t see my balance? Isn’t that the most important thing when it comes to banking apps? To see how much money you have in your account? But with this new app I can’t even see how much is in savings or checking account.

Hello, these features are available on our Online Banking app, this app is just for Debit and Credit cards.

Tried to reset my password and never received an email to do so.
