Not Ready for Prime Time
This App indicates in the Apple App Store that it’s designed for the Apple iPad. I use the App on an Apple iPad Pro 12.9,” and every time I use it I become more frustrated. The App’s a great idea, and perhaps it will be improved, but it’s not there yet. Just some comments: At the bottom of the screen there’s a row of dots, to help the user go to a particular page. If some page numbers were shown, it would be more helpful. Our agenda attachments include many pages, some in portrait mode, and others are in landscape mode. I hold the Pad in portrait, and when a landscape page is needed, I rotate my Pad. Several sheets are large, and the size must be changed to make it readable. It’s pretty easy to “pinch” the screen to enlarge the chart, however, if the pad moved, the chart goes way outsize, and can’t be reduced. The chart remains huge, and so does every page in the agenda, making everything unreadable. The App must be closed, and reopened, sometimes that has to be doe twice. These are only two of problems I’m experiencing with the App, that makes me think the App is an unperfected product. It’s also very”glitchy” taking actions that were not requested. Hopefully the App will be improved, because our management and board are committed to it’s use. Perhaps Directorpoint could produce a YouTube video to assist new users.

This App has completely changed how our board meetings are managed from receiving up to date materials real time, to being able to review, highlight, take and send notes before during and after our meetings. We have been very pleased with this app and the Directorpoint website.
