When remote control does work, which is rarely ever, the remote blacks out and the app locks.

I wish you could select the channels you want to watch on the multi view screens.
On demand
App should. It take the user to the last season forcing to select the current season being watched. Add a feature that the user can see a summary and the actors in the current episode, like Amazon Video does.

The many packages for only 19.99 was a great idea all but wanted the channels. I love are included in the smaller cheaper package.

The Internet is streaming is unreliable at best. So very, very many pauses. DIRECTV is not intuitive.

I’m trying to order another Gemini air and it won’t let me. I have to read the mouse print document and then I can’t get back to the order

Streaming was supposed to be included with my satellite subscription. It was initially, but now it tells me me I have to “upgrade “.

The help center is just plain awful to be honest.
Disappointed
We’ve had DIRECTV stream now for a few months & we were pleased for like 2 months. Then after the 2nd month, we’re unable to watch Disney & HULU which is supposed to be included in our package. EVERYTIME we try signing into Disney/HULU, we’re directed to SUBSCRIBE & pay for it.
