About

Look back at a stretch of your life, once, and then destroy the record of it. Disavow runs one assessment at a time: you pick a period (the next 30 days, or the last 30), check in with your own words as it runs, and at the end it assembles a report of what actually held together across your days. When the period ends, the key is destroyed. Nobody can read the record afterwards, including us. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT - Other people are stripped out on your phone before anything is sent. Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses become "Person A" or "Location 3", and you see the redacted text before it leaves the device. The server refuses anything that still carries an identifier. - There is no account and no password. Whoever holds this phone holds the assessment. - It ends on its own. The record has an expiry you chose, and a kill switch if you want it gone sooner. - The report says what it could not tell. A question with no evidence behind it is left empty rather than filled in. WHAT IT IS NOT Disavow is not therapy, diagnosis or medical advice, and it does not pretend to be. It is a way to see a period of your own life clearly, once, and then let it go.
