Stürzt manchmal ab
Ich nutze ein ipad 8. Generation. Ab und zu stürzt das Spiel ab. Der Spielstand wird nicht zwischendurch gespeichert. Ärgerlich. Kann man das nicht verbessern?

They can’t play a regular game. You play them against me anybody regular game without you cheating❗️ you won’t do it because you can’t stand seeing somebody get a 16 every round. CHEATERS❗️

Real DG Game w/ Matchmaking and more
Title says it all. This is a “real” game as anyone who has played competitive PvP games on consoles would expect.

UPDATE: immediately following my 1 star review, my account seems to have been placed in a bad state. Usually a pro tier player and have not been able to win a single match out of the 17 I've played since my review. I'm getting the craziest bounces and deflections I've never seen before, put OB or in water due to wild rolls and deflections, and worst of all, while putting, getting (hitting leaves) animations many times when there is no free or bush even close to me, forcing a missed shot.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Online matches are fixed and there are too many cheaters. Devs rarely fix any issues and the same ones have plagued the game for years. The discs/wind/how discs fly is the most inconsistent, not too mention you'll probably have to spend money if you want any decent discs. Don't waste your time here!

Ads
Turn off the forced ads, you are getting plenty of money from sponsors and the optional ads, quit being money hungry, it’s despicable
BAM! CLANG! THUD!
Game constantly crashes. It’s like they’re trying to upset the user, or seeing how far they can push you before you give up and uninstall the game. It’s fun when it works but that’s getting less and less likely with every release.
bad ad practices
This is a very fun disc golf game, but they really need to rethink how they display ads. there is no way to close ads. every time i get an ad i have to force close the game to make it go away. i get that they have to show ads to make money, but not being able to close them really ruins the experience for me. would be 5/5 otherwise.

The game itself is not to bad. But the adds are infuriating. You’ll spend more time trying to get out of the adds than actually playing. Most adds require multiple time delayed interactions before you are allowed to get back to the game 90 seconds of more later. Some adds like KingShot never return you to the game forcing you to terminate and reopen game to proceed.

Almost great
The game is really really fun, a way to enjoy the sport we all love when we can’t throw for real. My only problem with this game is the physics aren’t exactly realistic. “It’s a game it’s not supposed to be blah blah blah….” The fact of the matter is, it’s turned into a cash grab from when the game was first released. With all the money gained from players the least that can be done is fix a disc sliding 50ft on grass. I’m not sure what courses the devs are playing but man I’ve never seen a disc do that on grass, hard dirt sure, ice? Sure. Lots of compacted leaves? Sure. Literal grass????

everything is an in app purchase for dollars not game coins earned.
there is no way you'll progress without buying things because the app has nothing to do.
you might not even know what the games goal is. i don't.

Update Losses Disc From Rewards
I tried to do a re-roll on a reward desk at level eight and the game froze and when I logged back in and it took away the reward and did not allow me to pick it for level eight now it shorted me this kind of sad. It’s already hard enough to come by this game specially drivers. I’ve been stuck with the same 10 speed for ever.

Great gameplay, poor progression and earning pacing
This game is fantastic, has great visuals and physics. My one main gripe is the progression feels overly tedious and lacks engagement. The rewards for completing a round or challenge is lack luster and coins are hard to come by and earn. They aren’t used for much but when you want to upgrade your bags it gets incredibly expensive, even worse when you get an upgraded bag it doesn’t have more slots open just more to buy.
Mainly it try’s to pull you to its paid for mechanics but even then it’s pretty lack luster and non motivating.
It would be nice to be able to trade multiple copies of a disc for an upgraded one

Crashes Every Time
I used to love this game. Every time I play now it crashes within a few holes. Complete waste of time.
WTF
Where to even begin. The mechanics and gameplay are terrible. Sometimes when you put hyzer or anhyzer on it just decides surely you decided to throw it 500 yards the opposite direction. Oh you landed in landscaping? Surely you meant for it to bounce off of it and go 30 yards past into the water… come on now…

Needs Update to fix bugs
Great game, though it is in dire need of an update to fix problems. As of the last two weeks, the app crashes about every 3rd round. Sometimes in the middle of a round, which will randomly add a stroke to your score once reconnected.
A Shell of What It Once Was
I played DGV for a couple years and loved it until the devs sold out.
I stopped when they introduced in-game ads which, inexplicably, coincided with bugs that made the game unplayable.
I’m leaving this review a year or so later and am still disappointed in the obvious money grab. Way to stick to your roots…
