Awesome Game
I downloaded this game for my kids who are really getting into disc golf. It has helped them understand actual elements of the game like shot shaping and disc stabilities. It’s actually won me over on how good the gameplay can be.
No complaints about the game but I do hate the ads. I understand the developers deserve to make money so I’m not upset they exist and until recently haven’t had any issues with the ads that show. Recently though the game has allowed 18+ rated games prominently featuring AI women that I would rather not have my son be exposed. You can click ‘Not Interested’ on the ad but it continues to show up even after closing and restarting the game. Hoping the developers will look into making that a usable feature.

It’s so unrealistic with the absurd 90ft skips and the absolute bizarre flight paths. It’s fun but too frustrating to enjoy
Decline in quality
I used to love this game but it has become so glitchy and the ads have gotten so invasive and long that now it is becoming unplayable. The pause menu pops up 4 to five times out of nowhere in between almost every throw and the ads now force you to go to the App Store before you can close them.
It’s really too bad because I am a disc golfer and this game has brought me lots of joy in the past.

If I could give this a 0 star I would!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This was super fun to play at first but then after realizing how many times the disc unrealistically bounces I started to lose my mind. I play the game every weekend and I cannot tell you how annoying it is to see this stuff happen on the game when it doesn’t happen every throw. They need to update the realism in this game and then it might be worth playing but until then the need to figure something out cause whoever did the disc programming was stoned at work that day or something.

Crashes way too much
App is fun when it doesn’t crash. It happens especially in rounds you can’t start back. Defeats the point of playing.
Not an enjoyable time
Disc golf valley takes any passion you had for disc golf, and immediately kills it. This game is full of unnatural flights, bad physics on ground, horrid putting and many, many OB’s and phantom obstacles. Feels like you have a decent throw? Nope! You’re in an OB that makes no sense! Locking distance drivers behind a paywall for the first while of playing is also certainly a choice. Overall, highly do not recommend this game. Lat64, please stick to making discs, and not games

Best game of all time. I love dgv and I wish more people would play it. It’s so well rounded. I also wish they would add innova or discraft so I could throw what I normally throw:(

The glitchy physics & unnatural disc flight; not to mention phantom obstacles etc, have made the game less & less enjoyable to play. Started out good. Maybe the change in owner is culprit. But it has gone downhill.

I have been playing this game since 2020 and I have to say this is one of the best adaptations to a real life sport-video game

Worth the download!
Overall a great game; only reason not a 5 star is due to constant crashes at 6 holes and you lose your “rated” round and it gives you a DNF basically.

Discs slide way too much and way too inconsistent even with the “Sticky” trait. Wind reaction is just stupid
Predatory Ads
Well let me start with, the game itself deserves a 5 star. Lat64 didn’t let the passion of disc golf go amiss with a cash grab game, it’s polished and the physics are GREAT. But the ads RUIN the experience, and I’m not even AGAINST them. However whenever you allow ads that you cannot close!!! I can’t even play a tournament because if I do, an non-closable ad appears on the last hole, I have to close the app just to load back on the Home Screen with no XP or any rewards. Lat64 PLEASE switch the ad service you use!!!

Slippery Physics
The discs are way too slippery and bouncy compared to realistic disc golf. Everything should be more “sticky” naturally. Bounces need to be nerfed as well. There are so many courses that force you to go through thick trees, it really becomes a game of luck on who gets pass or not.
