What's New in Discboard

1.1.2

July 18, 2026

A roomier player, fresh ways to fill a board, and a smoother ride. The full-screen player has room to breathe. When it fills the window it now runs right to the edges for a more immersive look, while the cover and controls stay clear of the status bar, notch, and Dynamic Island. Opening, closing, and resizing it feels smoother, and it's easier on the battery — the board behind it rests while it's out of sight. You can now drag albums straight in from Apple Music — one at a time, a handful at once, or a whole playlist to start a new board from its albums. On Mac, you can also copy an album in Apple Music and paste it right onto a board. And when a board starts to feel crowded, Arrange tidies every cover into a neat grid in a single tap — by title, by artist, or by artist and year. We also spent time on the details. Album covers and wallpapers show up reliably the moment you open the app, and tapping a track by name is as dependable as the play button. Pull down on your boards to sync with iCloud whenever you like, and we smoothed over a couple of rare freezes and a crash along the way. Thanks for listening — keep the feedback coming.
