Great idea! But…

I’ve used this app off and on for years. It’s always been klunky. Functions don’t work, constant lockups, etc. Re-engaging after a long break I find: not available on Google Play for my notebook, locked screen rotation on iPad so I can’t use my keyboard, and after typing sideways for several minutes I discover there is no ‘Submit’ button on the iPad screen. And no means to provide developer feedback other than to submit a review that probably won’t be read or regarded. Can’t y’all do better than this?

freebecauseitsuseless - We agree the app has been klunky for years and we are trying to make that better. As to the locked rotation, we have received that feedback from several others since releasing this newest version, I don't know when we will have that addressed but it is on our radar. I am looking into the missing submit button, this is the first I am hearing of that. I will also add an email address in several places including our support page so that there are options for reaching us besides submitting an app review or using the in-app feedback and bug forms.

App does not work on iOS or IPad

Like others, I have tried repeatedly to create an account. The app just freezes. It sounds like a great concept. Hopefully the developer can work out the bugs to get this up and running soon on Apple products.

aydlettc - we have managed to work out the issue during account creation, hopefully you will give the app another go.

Like seedbed but new app is terrible

I have been a user for years. But they updated the app and now very little works. Please fix

Not working on iOS

I have been invited to join a band using this app but it’s not working. When I register my information and push the “create and account” button it doesn’t do anything.

PPY75 - sorry for your trouble creating an account. We made some server changes that didn't go so well, we have since fixed those and you shouldn't have any issue now.

Failed App

This app is recommended through the discipleship bands field guide; I downloaded the app but it will not create an account. It just remains on the account creation page. I even deleted the app and reinstalled, same issue.

Love banded discipleship!

Our group has been using this for 4 months now. The concept of the band has been powerful and effective in discipleship.

A couple of potential features to add: the ability to edit our comments, a tab that could be for our own personal journaling on the daily text or current study (to make it easier to chat later as we discuss thoughts in group and just for our own growth and learning).

But overall we LOVE it and are starting a few more groups. It is a great tool. Thank you!
