still horrible
Curious if this app will ever improve. It’s been bad from the start but no response from the developer and no updates that are noteworthy. It makes paying customers question whether or not we should continue with the service.
App doesn’t work.
Can’t write messages to the other agents. Can’t upload docs. Have to login to a laptop to update everyone.
Not a working app.
Extremely disappointed that this is not a working app, and I have to log into my desktop computer or laptop to check viewing and download activities whenever I receive an email notification.

Does not download anything! Useless
Cant view anything on the app. Thought it just needed an update but nothing for weeks. Why hasn’t this been fixed?

If it won’t load, delete the app and re-download it. Sign in again and it should be back to business.
1/5 stars because it only works 20% of the time
You get invited to view disclosures from another agent. You click “review now” in that email, it opens the app halfway, and you don’t get to view disclosures. Use Disclosures.io on a computer because on the phone you’ll go nuts. We are realtors, time is of the essence. We can’t waste our time calling desk support for companies A, B, and C, especially after trying to diagnose the issue ourselves for an hour. Horrible app.

Same issue as one of the other users. Won’t load anything on the app ever since they changed the name to HomeLight

For 1+ years the app has not loaded any content. I open the app and then no information is displayed. I don’t normally give 1 stars reviews but it’s warranted this time. Can’t even use the app at all.
Screen displays no info
I’ve never been able to see info on this app. The screens appear blank. I receive a notification and when I go to the app I am unable to see anything.

This is one of the most useless app! It is so slow and most of the time it doesn’t even open that is waste of space on your phone!

Awful
This app is the worst. With all the awesome Real Estate tools we have you would think they could figure this glitch out. When I open the app, the page shows little gray rectangle boxes that fade in and out like the page is trying to load but it never does. I've had to delete the app and then install it again but it only works for a few days and then I am back to square one. If they can't figure out how to fix the glitch they should get rid of the app!! This has been happening for a couple of years.

Doesn’t work - what happened?
This used to be a great app. but hasn’t worked in over a year. It’s a shame because I used to be able to access/share disclosures on the go. At a min. the company should communicate that the app is no longer being supported if that’s the case.
