Buggy
So many bugs. Almost unusable but what else am I gonna use? Can’t tap any hyperlinks on any release pages.
Appalling.
It is absolutely shocking how an app as big and a company as old as discogs can create and host an app that is functionally useless. I have been on discogs for years. The UI sucks on the website and the app. Can’t leave reviews on pressings (can’t even type in the text box for that matter), can’t add things to watch list or collection, can’t contact sellers, can’t search for records, can’t search for specific pressings. The search bar has been close to useless for years anyway. I want to give this app a zero-point-zero.

Doesn’t work anymore
Used to be a great app. Everything worked fine. Now it’s unusable garbage. Logs you out all the time. They made a complete mess of the seller portion of the app, making it nearly impossible to even scroll your own titles for sale. And now none of my messages will display. Supremely frustrating and disappointing. They should’ve just left it alone. The only way to even use Discogs anymore, is through a web browser. Sad.

Stop logging me out every week!!!
Great app, super irritating “security” features. I promise you, NO ONE is trying to steal my vinyl collection history, meanwhile this app is like Fort Knox. Also suspicious how this app supposedly uses end-to-end encryption but also remembers all my old passwords??? Which suggests there’s a cache of them somewhere. Seriously guys, this makes your app harder to use and something I don’t want to recommend to friends. Get over yourselves and loosen your security standards

Archaic app
Difficult to use, pointless extra steps, needlessly complicated password rules and logs you out constantly it just makes me buy records elsewhere
Fix IPhone App Bugs!!!
Many pages will not “go back” for example: In cart or on item page in cart, there is no back to main page. No arrow or “X” to tap, it doesn’t swipe away… you’re just stuck there. I’ve had to uninstall & reinstall just to get unstuck. Make sure all pages have exit button or directive of some kind. It’s ridiculous. iPhone 14 pro 18.6.2 should be able to handle any platform functions & your app is the only one w/ problems!

Tried to set up and says my email been used although I’ve never signed up. Tried to reset password doesn’t work then apparently I’m logged out of account

Not sure whose great idea it was to make every feature worse, make the UI less intuitive and the app consistently buggy and unreliable.

Unusably bad
Now so bad it’s unusable. Trying to browse a seller’s store but no longer have any option to filter their thousands of listings by genre or whatever. Dropdown for sorting by price etc refuses to work nine times out of ten. After a bit of scrolling, the whole thing goes into a glitchy frenzy of self-scrolling up and down at ridiculous speed leaving no option but to force quit. Attempt to make purchase and generate revenue for Discogs abandoned, permanently. Good work tech guys!

Frustrating bugs
It’s great to log my music but this version has lots of bugs that make it very very frustrating to use. It locks up on almost every new entry, causing multiple copies and other problems. PLEASE FIX THESE!! - TIA

Haven’t opened in a week? LOGGED OUT
Legit if you have not opened this app in a week or two it will log you out. So often that you have to create numerous passwords to keep up. If anyone worth anyone from Discogs sees this, you undoubtedly will be forsaken to hell for this incompetence

I’ve been using the Discogs app for years and am compelled to submit a review. Rich with features, continual improvements, innovative features, ease of use, and so much more. Rarely experience errors or bugs, or a need for support. Makes my love of records complete. Thank you!
Update Sucks
Update is horrible. It pushes the focus on being a marketplace vs a former awesome catalog of my vinyl. I despise that I have to dig through each record post to find matrix numbers instead of just clicking the old “notes” tab. I needed that tab- especially when it came to mix matched pressings or bootlegs. Where is the hotlink?!? Horrible, horrible update. I feel like I have completely wasted my time uploaded my ENTIRE collection. This just plain sucks.
