This app is a disappointment and clunky.
Sign in broken
Can’t register or sign in, which is required to save events/destinations.
No customer service?
I have a bunch of questions about my account, the app, ect. I can’t find a customer service number or email.

I like the look and feel of the interface but am annoyed by the full-screen pop-up ads that come back every time I switch to a different page. I was hoping that the app doesn’t have to rely on advertising financially but even it does, why can’t it find a more native/less intrusive way to place ads? (could be ‘sponsored posts’, smaller/swipeable banners, or at least ads with some frequency capping so that the same ad doesn’t show more than necessary ...)

Seems ok can’t login
The app seems interesting but I can’t login to save anything. During the sign up process I kept getting an error notice but on their desktop site it seems that the sign up worked. When I came back to the app I still cannot log in. This is not helping me.
Clumsy app
Clumsy app. Doesn’t allow me to sign up. You would think it would be better. Much better. They should take this down and start over.
Great app, some small issues
Quality of life issues need fixing, like how hard it is to swipe between items / register a tap on small button like heart.

This app is very reliable and useful for discovering new places in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is my favorite city, and I love how this app hooks me up with all the places throughout LA. This is the best app I downloaded.
Not user friendly
First it wouldn’t let me make an account so I could save my favorites. Then once I finally made an account it wouldn’t let me actually save a favorite.

Is app does not do anything it’s terrible it doesn’t even help you navigate Los Angeles it’s just a bunch of ads it should be taken down it’s not worthy to be an app that represents Los Angeles
Mixed emotions
I like the set up and its features, and I also like what it has to offer. BUT! If it takes forever to load when you have strong WiFi I’m not likely going to use it just based out of lack of patience, plenty of other sources with identical information.

This app actually provides a highly contextual experience. I originally thought I would use this app as a map to get around the city and find attractions but it is much more! The content is highly curated with guides spanning niche topics such as "top places to find cold noodles" to "waffles across the city."
The events component is also very nice and gives you a flavor of the diversity of current and upcoming events that range from popular shows at the Staples Center to intimate acts at local venues.
I'd definitely recommend that you let this app put the flavors of Los Angeles in your mouth, sites of Los Angeles in your eyes, the sounds of Los Angeles in your ears and the city of Los Angeles in your palms.
