Crashes on startup so useless
May be an ok app but cannot tell since it crashes on startup on both iPhone and iPad. Maybe it used to work but errors like this have been reported by others for some years now.
Won’t load
Downloaded app and it won’t load. Rebooted mobile amd still doesn’t load so I deleted it.

Just downloaded on iOS 17.3.1 and it doesn’t open. Tried deleting and reinstalling, but same result 🙁🙁

Clumsy and awkward. Tried to follow the tutorial but gave up with the vague instructions. So disappointed, expected so much better from Weber.
Won’t work
Installed,tried to open but when it got to allowing camera it drops out. Always have the latest iOS update but still no joy

Hi Berocca2, thank you for the feedback. We encourage you to make sure your device is updated to the latest version of iOS. Looking at the analytics we have only seen 4 crashes of the app out of thousands of sessions. We hope you can try again soon.

Good idea, hard to use
Very good idea and concept but as a very average user, and a lover of Weber… it’s very frustrating to navigate, cant change the bbq that they suggest and it keeps going to the tutorial and other tabs.

Thank you for the feedback, we will take this onboard. We definitely recommend running through the tutorial a couple of times to fully understand how to navigate through the AR menus and how to change barbecues. It is a bit of a learning curve, but in our opinion worth the effort.

Really fun app to use, the level of detail in these AR barbecues is incredible!
