Can’t read schedule
The same genius that designed the bus terminal designed this app. Can’t read times on mobile devices. Can’t search.
Honestly Horrible
I can’t say enough how bad this app is. I believe 1 of 2 things must be true: it’s written as a high school project (in which case it’s great and you guys are off to a good start) or it’s actually a serious attempt at UI design and iOS development (in which case please give this back to the high school kids).
This app is a usability disaster in almost every sense of the word. And every update is worse than the version before it.
Pls stop.

Read the small print
Read the small print they will track you after you have filled in their “survey” and there is no way of installing this App without giving this data. Including if you are local, the number of family members, if you got a dog etc. They may not ask for your name yet but they track you….
Awful upgrade
This upgrade has been awful. Biggest one is no offline availability. Does NOT work offline like the last app did. If you are on a flight and want to see the next bus CAN NOT!!! I want the old app back
Needs fixes
Car service registration is not working. Supposed to send a text message with code but none is sent.
Day no longer defaults correctly
Lots of issues.
1) The old app was smart enough to know the day of week / holiday and automatically select the proper scheduling when you chose a bus, etc. No longer. Always defaults to Mon-Fri now.
2) Data collecting wh*re of an app. Why does public transport need any of that info ?

Auto-detect of day is resumed. Please download the latest version. The app does not collect any personal information. The survey only aims to improve our services.
Bad update that track your life
This bus schedule app. Want to know everything about you including if you have a dog, children their age etc. why this tracking just too a bus schedule. There is no way to avoid entering this information!!!!😱

Poor App Design
As a DB resident, I need to access various buses and ferry timetable quickly. The latest version 4.0 makes it more difficult than previous versions, with multiple additional scrollings and clicks in order to find the next scheduled bus and ferry services. So dumb!

Horrible update
Just downloaded the new update and it’s terrible. Looks nice but it’s missing functionality. Missing bus routes, 403 Forbidden Errors and crashes. Just awful. Why someone would release this update without the bugging it is beyond me. Ugh.
Works fine, hate the data gathering
The app was fine for the most part. Then the recent update was forced upon us and you now have to enter your age/ residency location/ gender in order to use the app. I hate that I need to give harvestable data to be able to use an app to check ferry times.
Schedule Wrong
No timely updates of schedule when pandemic changes made.

What happened with the bus reverse route buttons?!
Hire car is crappy.
Other than publishing the timetable of ferries and buses, the hire car booking service always says Waiting to Arrange or Full Booking. Clearly DB Transport has no intention to provide hire car service at all.
Very poor
The Hire Car pick up and drop off point selection is unusable as it is unreadable. It has been poorly programmed and not checked for usability.
Terrible
The “hire car” part of this app is hopeless. About 3/4 of my bookings remain “open” for 10 minutes then say “full booking” which translates as no cars available. It causes huge inconvenience and frustration for residents and visitors alike. Shame on you Hong Kong Resorts!!
Constant Crashing
Can’t even open the app for 10 seconds without it crashing.
DB car hire service unreliable
The App includes the functionality to book the DB cars that are available - because of this you can no longer call and book the cars. Even when the booking is confirmed and the App says vehicle arranged, no vehicle has arrived. Happened several times. So not necessarily the fault of the App but the DB car hire service? It’s pretty unreliable- never used to be but it is now.

Hire car notification needs to be improved
Notifications when booking the hire car are deficient. The phone does not vibrate even if all the notifications are turned on. This means the user has to continually check the app to see if the booking status has changed. It shouldn’t be difficult to add haptic feedback, should it?
Does stuff
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily fromNarodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick and Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick's existencial catchphrase "Wubba Lubba Dub Dub," which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Rick and Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
