My tv provider is listed but when I log in I can not watch anything please fix this asap

Provider won’t fix blocked subscription

This used to be a great app. Last update resulted in numerous subscribers (I have Cox) being blocked, even though they have & are paying for the required services. Discovery Life Go is well aware of problem but has taken no action to remedy this! The site says they will send notifications when issue is resolved. Around 30 days later, NO RESOLUTION! Extremely disappointed in inaction on the part of Discovery Life Go!!!

App won’t play videos even though I have Discovery Life in my cable subscription

My Cox cable subscription includes Discovery Life. I just pulled it up on my TV. But the App won’t let me access All Star Workouts and gives a message saying the videos are only available if you have a cable subscription that includes Discovery Life, which I do! This worked fine a couple of weeks ago, but now it won’t. Frustrating :(
