Disappointed
Since Roger’s took over the app, it glitches constantly. This used to be my favourite app, but the way it operates now makes me want to cancel my subscription. Constantly shuts down, stops shows mid episode. It’s terrible

This app was great before Rogers took it over! So glitchy, you can’t even get through a single episode. Thought I would try it again to see if they have improved but shocker, Rogers has done nothing. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t waste your money on this terrible app that’s not even smart tv compatible

Bad bad bad
Everything is very bad there… not working properly and there is no hope for any fix since it’s been going on for months now!
Quite literally the worst app ever put out
It’s been several months of trying to deal with this horrible app. The previous version of this app was pretty solid. It tries to skip to the next episode for no reason. The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t skip forward 2 minutes without triggering an ad cycle. And then you can’t get rid of the play/pause menu. I would recommend watching somewhere else if you had an option. It is truly brutal. I hope enough negative reviews will trigger them to fix it?!?

Why do you not upload all the episodes of a series?? 90 day fiancé franchise for example. What is going on. This app is brutal and we PAY for the service!
Garbage app
App used to be so good work so well comparable to Netflix. Now it’s slow lags doesn’t remember what you watched completely useless. Ragers garbage company
Rate increase
I use this on my apple tv , but with a $2 a month increase for a subscription I only use for two shows I am cancelling it. One of the shows is on amazon. Will only subscribe for a month or two when the show I like is over and I can binge watch the season and then cancel again. No sense in paying every month for a whole year. By the way, Roger’s CEO makes almost 3 times more money than Bell.

WTF is this app?!
I just subscribed, and I’m watching on a Fire Stick. I can confirm that this is the worst interface of its kind I’ve ever used. If I pause a show, no controls appear on the screen that would allow me to turn on subtitles.
If I try to do it through the settings, I get network errors telling me to check my internet connection! I don’t have this problem with any other streaming service!
And isn’t Rogers a Canadian company?? Why is there no way to use your service in French?

Tells you you’re not subscribed when you are
The new app is absolutely horrendous. It will kick you out and then tell you you are not subscribed to the app and when you try to resubscribe it just loops right back to the home screen and when you try to get tech-support, all you have is the AI chat bot that just keeps looping back to I’m sorry I couldn’t fix your problem.

Worst app ever
Subscribed on and logged in on my phone and tv…but it won’t let me watch on my tv or phone??? I click on a video and says “error” or “you have to subscribe” tried to unsubscribe and obviously says my subscription will end in a moth..$9 waisted k guess. super disappointed . Would give less stars if I could.

App doesn’t load content, with adds all the time that freeze. It used to be great, but it’s garbage now. Would give 0 stars if possible

Same old shows week after week! Can’t download shows to my iPad nymore, says they have downloaded but can’t watch them….. canceling 5 minutes ago!

If I could give a zero star review I would. The new app is terrible. It’s impossible to navigate, and I miss the old version where you knew when a new episode was released. This is terrible. Put it back the way it was.

Why does it not work anymore
This app used to work??? Please fix it. Why does it not show the next season once you finish an episode on the last. Why is it so glitchy to search up a show? Why does it forget a show I’ve been watching for the last month?! And why when I try to swipe through episodes does it just forget how to even be an app?! Please fix it what is going on

This app sucks hard
Too many commercials compared to what we used to get with Discovery US. App constantly buffers, goes screen in screen all the time etc. If I could get all the shows we watch through our IPTV, I wouldn’t have it at all

Giving this 1 star is to generous….this is garbage, as per usual Roger’s ruined something else so really I am giving this app 0 stars. Don’t waste your money. This use to be an amazing app.
