App time out?
I would really like this app to play my playlist without timing out. Somewhere around an hour I have to log back in and resume what I want to listen to. As a paying Dish customer, please give me an option to set my playlist and have it play uninterrupted until “I” want to sign out.
Works about half the time
Struggle with this every time I try to use it. Either it loses the connection to the tv or the tv program audio comes through between songs.

New version still does not work
Will not find dish receiver that is on the same network. Why does this application need to track my location too? Pay a lot of $ for dish network expect better.
Music Stops for No Reason

App needs to back to the old design!
I use this app on my Dish receiver and it worked but it went downhill after this app had an update and a new look. The new design is horrible, you can’t play Apple Music unless your Apple Music is purchased and Pandora doesn’t stream!
Add More Music Options
This is a great app but it could use more music options like, Spotify. This would be really helpful as I have a subscription for Spotify. I don’t have a subscription for anything else and I am not wanting to get another subscription to music services I don’t use. Besides this it’s a great app.
Bad App
I have a Dish Hopper II. I have installed and use the app on my Ipad 5, as designed. The problem I have is that when I close the app, my Dish Hopper freezes the TV. The menu system still works, but the screen is frozen with the last station I was watching. I have to reset the Hopper to continue. This is a major issue and I don’t know if it is the app or my Hopper or my Hopper is to old to use the app.

Norwegian was not available, so it fell back to German?
I cannot understand the app, if a language is not available for the app, it defaults to a language not even supported by the Dish receiver itself. I felt my way through the settings for five minutes looking for a language option to change it to English with no success.
Crashes constantly
This app crashes all the time. I restart the app and start music and then it just crashes again. I miss the Pandora app Dish use to utilize.
READ The Privacy policy
The ad for dish music popped up in my guide while watching tv. Sounded good, says it’s free, I’ll check it out. Downloaded the app and opened, and it goes right to the privacy policy agreement. I tend to read privacy policies to see exactly how much info they will take if I agree. DO YOURSELF A SOLID......READ the personal information the collect before you just agree. Since it is free, you provide no payment information. But if you agree, you give the app permission to collect sensitive, personal, private information. It doesn’t stop there, but just read before granting permission to give up information on everything you use on your phone.

In terms of information, the app only has access to what the system allows, which you can see what permissions we take in the iOS settings. Information that's collected is mostly usage statistics that most music services require for revenue reporting. No personally identifiable information is collected. It's good to be wary of free services, and we'd urge everyone to fully ready all of our T&C's and privacy policies, but DTS's revenue is not based on a model of collecting and selling your information. Partners, such as Dish, license the DTS technology to integrate into their systems for a fee based on agreed upon terms.
Confusing
This literally makes no sense. It doesn't tell you that you have to subscribe to a paid music service app.
Dish music
The app won’t work on my iPhone and the Dish technicians can’t figure out why either? Not much help. Pay more just keep getting less!

Quit playing on multi mode on one speaker

This is an awesome idea. But an awful set up! After installing, I ran the app and it was working great with Pandora. But during the 2nd song it started having trouble connecting. I fiddled with it for over an hour before I come to this conclusion & decided to warn others!
