Missing Guide channels

After a recent update the app fails to download all the channels from the DVR. Most missing channels are between 100 and 209!

Grate app

I love this app.

I do not work for DISH.

Does not work

This app really shouldn’t have ever been launched! Nothing works on it

Disappointing

Very cool app to control the receivers in a sports bar without having to spend a fortune for other controllers and software.
When it’s working, it is great. We have 8 Wallys in a sports bar each hard lined to the wireless router for the iPad. The problem we have is that each time we open the app, only a couple Wally’s may be synced and the others need to be paired again. Then we learned that each time you close and open the app, the same Wallys may then be unpaired and the others will be paired, or just one or some each time you open the app. Very frustrating to the bar managers to have to open and close the app until all or most of the receivers are synced again to be able to have control. There is no support from dish on this app. It’s a shame, because it is a great setup and fun to use for the bar manager to control all the wallys, but we may end up having to find another controller for iPad use if we can’t get this resolved soon.

WOW!

This app is awesome! I have asked Dish to come out with a remote app for iPad for years. It won’t turn on your TV, but it has a user friendly interface and offers features that exceeded my expectations. I read the other reviews of this app and I wonder if it’s the same app that they are referring too.

Used to Work

This app worked wonderfully for us at first but now the “Guide” tab has stopped pulling down the guide information and it just keeps spinning, making it so we can’t use the guide to see what’s going on and so we can’t change the channel. We can only change the channels via the Remote tab.

Worked At One Poimt

DISH,

This app worked prior to the last two updates pushed to the Hopper 3. Upon opening the app it takes forever to sync to receiver, load guide, and never brings up attached devices. Great app when it worked.

Crashes on load

Junk, cool idea just doesn’t work

Disconnects from receivers

It disconnects and the receiver will not show up. Also laggy
