Online ordering is great
I love being able to order on the app and having it remember my previous orders.
Missing features:
* Apple Pay - you really need to support Apple Pay. Your current payment system mostly works, but it occasionally fails. In that case, I just get an email saying that it failed. The app should never show the confirmation screen until the order is accepted.
* provide my favorite locations as choices when starting an order.
* ability to see the order’s current status

Great app
Fresh, flavorful dishes that are healthy and yummy! App is easy to use. Pickup is hassle free. I love it!
Order times make no sense 40min till pickup
If I order at 1:41 to soonest it’s ready is 2:20 40minutes! Not a great lunch to go option. If I order or 1:39 I can get it at 2:00. Should at a ready asap option. Or 20min from order. So 2:01.
Never could get the app to work
Great food. Never could get the app to work and the website is not any better. Save yourself the headache and phone in your order.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried this app multiple times and it is unable to accept my Wells Fargo debit card.

Not any better than website
When I download an app, I expect it to be better than the website. Otherwise, what would be the point??
It does not accept Apple Pay and it requires me to manually enter my credit card info. On the website, Safari can auto fill that info. So this app is actually LESS convenient than the website.
Again, what is the point???

The dishdash restaurant, food, staff and app are all first class. We love everything about DishDash and have found its quality to be consistently excellent since we started eating there when they first opened.
No checkout as guest option?
I attempted to place an order with this app, and was prompted to login first to complete the order. I used the Login with Facebook option, and then received a prompt that I already have an account with Dosh n Dash, and that I would need to log in with my email first in order to complete the checkout. After trying to log in and somehow not remembering my password, I had to use the password reset option. The app stated I would receive an email with a new temporary password, but after checking all of the possible folders in my email several times, I never received the message, and therefore could not reset my password to place my order.
This is the precise reason a “checkout as guest” option should be available on the app. Why is this not there already? Everything else about the app was great, but this one issue was quite frustrating.

Not integrated with ApplePay
App has nice menu selections. Non-intuitive unlabeled “Order” control at bottom of screen. Not created as a button control, just text you click on .
Does not integrate with Apple Wallet and support Apple Pay. Had to manually enter credit card info. Has option to save credit card info to not enter info again in the future, but I try to avoid doing that.
