used to be amazing, but now…
i’ve played dislyte since 2022, it’s been such a wonderful game. i’ve put so much time (and money-) into it because i truly love it, but the use of generative ai has left me absolutely devastated. a gacha game is not worth destroying the planet over, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GAME IS KNOWN FOR HAVING SUCH TALENTED ARTISTS!! please PLEASE stop using generative AI art in the game, it ruins the entire thing for myself and several other players based on a few other reviews i’ve seen

Glitches too much
I love the game but I half to keep getting in and out of it cause it keeps glitching and lagging. It freezes too much!
Where to start…
Any lover of mythology can easily get hooked to this game… the real joy comes after that. When you’re chasing characters and deities that you’ve never heard of cause they have a cool design. The overarching story is so engaging and heartwarming. The joy of unlocking that character you’ve been chasing as well is so gratifying. This game is based of mythos, character design and musicality and it balances all of these elements so well. It’s engaging, it’s current, and it’s constantly evolving on itself as well.

Good game, however
The game is pretty good. The gameplay is just the usual turn based gameplay, nothing new there. The character designs and music are terrific, but my main problem is the main story. Its alright, im not sure how to feel about this new story compared to the original (i just came back to the game recently so i havent gotten far on my new account) i hope we get to see the original in some aspect, maybe in some kind of brynn’s side story (or whatever her name is, the Valkyrie original mc) or something. Also, with the main story, our self insert mc or whatever (like i said, havent gotten too far yet) should be gender swappable. There’s no option to have the mc be a woman, which wouldn’t even need that big of a change, just dialogue, the mcs design is gender neutral enough. However, i do like the mcs personality. Its nice to see a mc who is actually smart and plans ahead and doesn’t immediately trust people.

Dislyte is quite nice. The setting feels lively, and the integration of mythology into the modern era feels so refreshing. Like a Rick Riordan YA novel.
It may shove a few sales in your face, but it makes up for that with a vibrant world. Would recommend.

This game is a mess
I have been playing this game for months, then randomly the game started freezing, so I had to delete it, I then reinstalled it and logged in, and ALL of my stuff is gone, all of my hours wasted on this game was for nothing, all because the login system is absolute garbage, do better.

It’s a really good game with amazing graphics and lots to do in it and easily addicted, only issue is js got with is i just did a 10 summon and got a legendary but i went to look at their abilities, she or any of the others i summoned where not there. Other then that amazing game!

Disgusting character reviews and zero moderation
The game itself is amazing. The visual style, the art direction, and the gameplay are top tier. However the in game community has completely crossed the line, and there is absolutely zero text moderation. The character review section is filled with disgusting, hypersexualized, and borderline pornographic comments that have been left completely ignored by the developers for years. It ruins the original vibe of the game completely. please, fix ur ugc moderation and clean up the in game chats and review tabs. Normal players who actually care about the lore and strategy are sick of this

I have already seen way too many people pointing out the use of AI in Meta Daylon’s Divinate art. If it is, I highly recommend replacing it and apologizing. If not, you need to prove it isn’t and acknowledge allegations. Letting things go as they are will only hurt the game.
Suggestion to developers
Please make the settings available before the forced tutorial, its unbelievably frustrating to not be able to control the volume until level 1-4. Thats ridiculous.
