It won’t let me put in a username because if I want any name it says no loading or some log sentence and it’s really annoying

The app is useless. No way to create an account.i just bought it today at the store. The app help is also down and cannot connect to anyone. What a joke. Non responsive company for years to many clients based on these reviews.

so I tried to get the username I chose one and made one but it keeps on saying load failed so I just wanna say that THIS APP DOES NOT WORK! I do not recommend it gets your hopes up for nothing don’t buy.

Just like the other reviews have said; cant sign up or create an account. I have tried the generated usernames and tried to make my own; it just keeps saying “invalid”. Can someone from Kano please tell us what is going on?!

It was selling for $40. My daughter was so excited to try this and we can’t even sign in. Website doesn’t work either. What garbage!! 0/5 stars if you ask me.

As many others have posted, you cannot sign up and they do not care to fix it. So this is just useless e-waste that does nothing. Stay away and save your money.
Why does this exist?
You cannot even create a username. My daughter was so excited to try this and now she is devastated. What a complete waste of money.

The utter disappointment in my daughters face makes me want to throw this thing at a wall. Like others have stated, can’t sign in and the website doesn’t even exist.

I cannot creat an account in their app or the website. It always says “username is invalid”. The hardware is totally unusable without an account yet I can’t creat am account! Worthless.
