Micro ads ruined this app - so GREEDY!
This game was fun for a long while, but they recently implemented micro ads ever minute or two. My son loved playing but now he can’t do anything without having to watch an advertisement. Corporate greed has set in.
Progress retention trouble
I lost all my progress after not playing for 1 day.

I am glad my daughter recommended this Disney game . I loved Aadams Family, Snoopy and Goosebumps and was sad they were discontinued. I don’t mind buying the season pass to support the game and get the rewards from it or watching the ads for the diamonds. I play on my I Pad and hope I don’t start having any issues after spending money on a game having to wait up to 10 days for support is not cool.

This game many problems can not buy bears nothing help center they get zero stars .
Make sure all event works right before events start that never do need less events more fix your problem chest and video. Fix load problems tired reset iPod twice week. Fix buy thing never could buy mybears. Very poor game never fix anything. Help center very poor when come to event never heard word very poo

I love it But
The characters you unlock take a long time to get like all the materials to unlock the character also you sent a character to do a guest but it takes so long that you can’t get any gameplay. They take like lots of hours to complete and it get really boring after a while
No longer worth it
You are all deceived; this game has turned into an unreliable and memory sucking game. It crashes continuously and freezes with every update or new event. You will lose rewards and they don’t respond to your request for correction or compensation! When it first came out it was great but now it’s only designed to promote new films coming out. Clever marketing at our expense. Good luck if you want to continue or engage. Pffff!

No rewards?
I don’t know who is running this app now. But I do not appreciate working my butt off to win a striking gold challenge, just to not receive anything. I was top of the leaderboard. Messaged customer care, nothing. Went to official Facebook group and messaged, nothing. Waited a couple of days before trying again and not even an email or message.
Absolutely ridiculous, not sure how they plan to keep players if we keep getting shorted. Really disappointing, especially attached to the Disney name.

This game was amazing until they added the “sort the magic” component. If I wanted a sorting game I would have downloaded one. Love this game otherwise!
Amazing game with greed issues
This game is overall amazing. There are so many franchises and characters that you can unlock, yet that is exactly the problem. Unlocking them. Most of the limited time chests are filled with benches and shops, which, keep in mind, are repeatable. This bloat makes you pull over and over again until you finally get every character and attraction from the chest. Please, Gameloft, try and fix this.

Please fix the way that the crows look in the event tower thing they look like old men with wings make them look like birds
Horribly unbalanced, terribly paced, and tries so hard to be a pay to win game
The beginning of the game is so badly unbalanced and paced. It takes forever to do anything, the minute you get a character almost immediately you need to level them up and getting the items take forever to get ahold of because of the low chance and limited amount of characters. There are so many quests that pull you in different directions and waste so many resources. The events are impossible because they not only are too short but require long tasks. The new event, the tower challenge is not friendly for new players especially the explorations section. Once you get a few explorations in like 2 or 3 it has ghouls that come out that you have to get rid of but they only allow certain charcutero to remove them, one which needs a bunch of gems to get which is so hard to keep early on or you need to be way farther in the game to get them. Any way to make the game smoother to play is payed for like the fact they added ads that you need to pay to remove even though they offer ads for rewards. I love this game a lot but it keeps making itself harder to play.
