This game pretty much forces you to spend money to help with events and get characters. I play this game A LOT and should be able to get characters and finish events. The last event I spent all the money I could and used all the diamonds I could and could still not complete it. In my opinion it was not winnable. Don’t waste your time and money. I am done with this game.

Fun to build one’s own park
I truly enjoy playing the game, I have been playing for 11 years I think. I won’t lie, I’m a bit frustrated right now because the game keeps closing on me, but I understand that they are working to resolve this issue. And my experience with their customer service group has been phenomenal. I highly recommend that you give this game a try.

Need some changes to this kingdom
I want land opened up with out it costing so much gems and blue bottle magic I want to see more characters open up instead of limit of 110. I want to see the car raceway opened up and you cannot get the jungle book any further to open and that needs to open then the car raceway area would come alive-or that area. Things need to change for the better! I hope developers will read my comments!!

You need to add planes and planes fire and rescue all the characters to and seens the carriers everything also don’t forget tiger cruise more old Mickey every Old Mickey cartoon in the history of Disney even the old mostly forgotten ones not on Disney+ and add All the Percy Jackson’s and more just look for more Disney Animated and live action movies and shows even old cartoons and add them all basically have a major update don’t forget all the uncle Remus and all the stories and also the American dragon and more basically the ultimate major update don’t forget the Donald war cartoons and Disney Disney channel etc even all descendants tv shows and movies and same for zombies every one produced and just Disney and Disney channel and XD Etc.

EVERYTHING IS TOO EXPENSIVE. I have put a considerable amount of real money into this game and yet I’m STILL low on in game currencies. Earning enough magic is so hard and clearing curses are way overpriced. Developers, is it really necessary to charge so much? Absolutely not! Literally one of the biggest reasons why I kept quitting this game. Gems are hard enough to acquire but even magic is just as torturous. Awful, awful prices in this fun game. BRING THE PRICES DOWN OR MAKE CURRENCY EASIER TO GET + IN LARGE AMOUNTS!

It’s been over 2 weeks since I sent a report to customer support about getting my account back and I haven’t heard anything other than the clowns here telling me to use the contact support button, which I did and they have yet to even say anything to me in game.
