Game crashing
The game is crashing when I click the play button to load the game. I tried it on different days at different locations and it is still crashing. I really just want to play the game.

Love this game. I play every day. Recently had an issue with how the game was loading. I got an excellent response and the issue was fixed with an update. Thank you!
Glitch
Every time I finish a level I have to exit the game, re-enter, and download new levels to get the next level. Once this gets fixed I would definitely give 5 stars.

It stopped working on two different devices. An iPad and an iPhone.. I tap the icon and nothing happene.

I have been trying to access this game on my iPad for quite some time…it kicks back to home page. I still have magic, but cannot play. I have contacted the company, but they won’t maintain the IPad version. I want to transfer my magic to my phone…but I don’t know how. No support from the company.

This game has been promising new levels for over 6 months. I’ve played all the levels in both books. The only thing that shows up is the same sad challenge levels that I have been seeing since I first downloaded it in 2020. They are supposed to be available for 6 days but if you’re lucky they show up for 2 days. Fortunately there are a lot of good match 3 games and I intend to find one I’m interested in playing. I can’t promise it will not be Disney related! Disney has always been family now it is synonymous with lying cheating and greed! Walt would be ashamed.

WTH!
The ads are getting absolutely ridiculous. Maybe it’s time to offer a paid, no-ad version, which I will be the first to buy! There are far too many free games that are ad-free, and you could be one of them. The ads are just becoming far too frequent, and extremely annoying and frustrating!

Just like the character - good and bad
I want to love the game and I do ... somewhat. Pros: Very pretty and lush feeling. I like the mechanics. Cons: It is very slow. My iPad is only a couple of years old, but the game feels like it is in slow motion. Plus every time you miss a level it tells you at least 3 times that you LOST A LIFE. It is irritating when you want to get on to playing. I expect these games to want money. That doesn't bother me. However, it would be nice to have just a bit of instruction for new game mechanics. If you want to see it all done right, play the "Villains Match" game. Well done and I love playing. Even when I lose (and I am in high levels, so it is harder). I like the ideas you have here, just please look into getting the speed fixed and being a pinch more descriptive. Also ... I know I lost a life. You can feel free to offer me lives for pay, but don't waste my time or I will just leave. If not pushed too hard, I will generally buy a few things in a game I like.

Since the new update I no longer can’t even open the game. I have loved this game. I have notified the maker and I sent the required info. Guess what no answer. I wish they could fix the new update.
