Cute but . . .
Ok so after playing for a bit this game is adorable and I love it it’s almost pretty much the same as HSD but clearly uniquely different. It is definitely the same in the sense of greed though, 2000 wishes for 1 item? That’s ridiculous and the only way you can get wishes are three things to do from the witch and then doing touches but it takes half of a day maybe longer for the energy to fill back up which is also ridiculous. The beginner tasks were super fun and the gifts were awesome it actually made me want to play the game. That’s what y’all need to do add things that will make people want to come back and play like add mini games. If you had mini games where the players could get good amounts of wishes, energy, gems, or tickets it would make people want to play it more. Another thing! You need to lower the cost in the shop, it does not need to be 2000 for 1 item, I can see if you did 2000 for 10-15 items but for only 1 and then the only way you get do like a 10 pull is if you spend 100 gems and gems are super hard to get. I also don’t understand why you make events so hard? Half of us on this app haven’t gotten a single SR on the current Moon Gazing event. I really do love the game just liked I loved HSD but Cocone as a company is insanely greedy and will forever make things hard for you on their apps just so they can make money.

Super cute
I love this game! However, it gets extremely frustrating when every time I open the app I have to go through all the tutorials again. Is there any way to fix that??

Too many princess collections!!!
Ok, this is my second review, but there's just too much time be said! They recently change the open everyday on sale collections. I love them, so don't get me wrong, but more than half of them are princesses!!! Could they possibly change one of them, like, the dark forest house, and replace with something like Winnie the Pooh? Second, they have too many stupid props!!! People spend money for these collections to find they spent 5 dollars on stupid props!!! They don't care, they only care if you spin on the collections and give your money to them. I'm not expecting good reply probably something automatic like "thank you for contacting us" or "we apologize for the inconvenience" or crap like that. They probably won't even read it, they won't care. I hope they at least attempt to read this review. I love this game, but there's too many problems.

Great game!!
I absolutely love this game and think that it is a very fun game to either buy time in your day or to unwind and relax with. It is not only adorable and super cute, but also has a thriving social platform where people can post about their dolls, outfits they’ve created, and tarde to expand their collections. All in all a really fun and fantastic game 💕

I love this game it’s so cute. I’m a huge Disney fan. I got Rapunzel my favorite Princess. I have no problem playing it. If you are a huge Disney fan this game is for you. I been to Disneyland so I told the Princesses they are a doll in a new Disney game. I’m going to Disneyland next Friday.

No Help For Missing/Ungiven Items
Any dolls that are the ones you get for pulling a certain number of times does NOT work and despite asking for help the 3 times this has happened I’ve gotten no answer. Company doesn’t care, may seem like a minor issue but when you waste your on game currency that is hard to build up due to an issue on the companies side and then offering no answers or support it really isn’t fair. Same thing has happened to others I’ve talked to online.

such cute items , such a great idea of an app but potentially lost because it’s so so hard time to even grind for the “coins/twinkles” i play cocone’s hello sweet days game & i have complaints about the economy of that game too but this one is even worse. with the amount of bags always being released, why make it so hard to get twinkles? /: clearly it’s not for people who don’t want to spend real $$ money. so if you are looking for a game u can just spend money on and get cute outfits, and make ur cute room, this game is for you. otherwise it’s not enjoyable at all ):

I love this game but with the most recent update I haven’t been able to access the game. It’s been 2 or 3 days and I still can’t get on. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon 💕

This is a beautiful game, I love Hello Sweet Days as well but this game is so difficult for people who can’t invest hundreds in the game. I finally made it to gold level but with no gems to spin and needing 40 items per grab, it’s too much. Please add better daily gem rewards.
LOVE the concept; needs some upgrades
So, I’m a HUGE fan of this game! So much that I play it every day. However, being that your company has gotten rights to make a game based on Disney content, you’d think we’d see more DISNEY content. I’m SO confused with this! You’ve released several animal themed rooms or gachas that are missed opportunities to use a slew of beloved Disney characters for those themes instead. The current rabbit theme would have been SO cute as a Disney rabbit theme to celebrate the year of the rabbit… why basic rabbits?! Why do we keep getting bear rooms? Who is this bear? There are Disney bears you could use… or other characters. Also, a HUGE missed opportunity is the fact that in real life the Mickey/Minnie ears are wildly popular and collectible…. So where are they in this game that is fashion-based? Why doesn’t each room have a collectible set of ears?! That’s an obvious miss!!! Not to mention that when I first started this game last fall there were more Disney themed rooms, but now they’ve gone to frilly romance themes ONLY. This is not user-friendly. We want DISNEY! That’s why we are playing this game!
Next, I have a daughter who is playing this game because she LOVES Disney…. Disney is initially meant for kids. Kids are going to want to play this game. While I highly applaud your limiting underage players from the chat rooms, their limitations are too much. She cannot communicate to make trades, so she should at least have access to her feed. She’s a preteen she plays other communication-heavy games that rely on this, yet in this game she is limited on playing. She cannot make purchases, so the advantageous items are out of reach to her. That’s unfair. I can’t buy gems for her, so she is stuck with what Admin gifts, which isn’t much. She barely gets anything in this game, which goes to prove that this game is out for
players that spend money only. That’s not very Disney of you. Partnering with a company like Disney gives you a responsibility to uphold, and you’re failing to remember that not everyone can throw money at you to play your game. If you want to keep players, you need to make a way for them to be able to also collect currency where they won’t have to spend money. Look to games like Cat Game… they include actual mini-games you can build points….. games that are fun. This game is missing the ability to do that other than go to players rooms and collect small amounts of twinkles. That’s not worth it, nor is it fun. It actually puts me to sleep.

Great Game but so $$$ Hungry
The Positive- As someone who is a Disney Nerd, Toy/ Doll collector, and a pop culture Junkie I love this game. Beautiful. So much fun styling the main doll.
Now the negative. There is no easy way to socialize and trade all the extra items you inevitably get. It is close to gambling. There needs to be a much better way to get gems over time or when you get more of one item in a collection the magic hat should be able to upgrade those items.
In short- Give your users more bang for their $$$ and time.
Suggestions for a future collections. As a fan of the films Enchanted and DisEnchanted, how about adding Giselle and Andelasia to the game? Also Disney has Marvel, Muppets,and Star Wars. Any plans to add these properties?

Stop resetting the tutorials!
For the love of all that is holy stop resetting the tutorials! This is a cute fun game I want to play but if I have to click through the tutorials after you update one more time I am out! And please ensure the notifications for English speakers are in English! The little sister notifications are all in an Asian language I can’t immediately recognize, and certainly don’t read. And yet there are so many notifications for the little sister! I had to turn notifications off for the game.

Great game but I wish it had something more
I really wanted a Cinderella dress (live action or animation) but there isn’t one. There isn’t even like a “bound” for it or anything. It would be cool if you had a collection that was permanent and for everyone that was just Disney princesses because I really wanted that with Jasmine, Aurora, Cinderella, Belle etc. I wish you could get bottles from everyone so you don’t have to friend so many people to fill a jar.
