can’t escape the ads
you can’t escape their subscription service pop ups. it’s actually ridiculous the amount of ads they allow to pop up. the app is borderline unusable because any time i open to take a picture quickly, i need to close a minimum of two pop up ads asking me to pay a ‘one time offer’ absolutely ridiculous

I saw an add it said it was free and it is not. I am not willing to pay $60 for this app so whenever I went to delete it, it said that deleting it will cause it to remove all of my photos permanently. I do not know how to fix this, and if it will actually delete all my photos. I will remove this review. If you change this error in your app, I don’t know who designed this, but not okay.

Free Trial Did Nothing
I subscribed to the free trial and it unlocked literally no features. I tried to use them and it asked me to pay for the full subscription. Seems scammy.

I’ve been using dispo for a few years and within the last week I keep getting asked to pay for a membership when the app was fully free. Ever since I declined to pay for a membership I can no longer download any photos from the app! I even did an update and still can’t download the photos, loved the app for being free and recommended it to a lot of people but won’t be doing that anymore. Sad to see one of my favorite apps be put behind a paywall in order to work properly

Disappointed!
Had to update the app to use it, once updated all my photos were deleted with the update!!! All my memories are now gone with this update :(

Truly disappointed to see filters are now .99. i’ve had this app for years. went back on to check my old photos out but they were deleted and now have to pay to basically have more of an experience. talk about money hungry

USED to be an amazing app with super cool features and ui but the severe takeover of ads renders the app nearly unusable and unbelievably frustrating. Was a really cool app now just seems lime a greedy sellout. Can’t even look through pictures without being bombarded by ads
DISPO!
Downloading this app, I believed it was going to result in me deleted the app and never thinking about it again but that was not the case was DISPO. My friends and I used DISPO for all of our Coachella 2025 experience and I cant wait to use it again in Coachella 2026! I enjoy the overall warm and vintage look that this app has to offer!! I love it so much :)

Good but not great
I love this app truly…but if it had a feature where I could possibly make an account to at least save the filters that I bought…I would love that and happily give 5 stars because I recently lost everything on my phone and along with a lot of pictures I took on dispo all the filter that I bought went with it as well

Getting served a non-skippable ad every 3 photos you swipe through! Nice! Now even our camera apps have ads! So glad you’re making money off a glorified photo filter preset!

I am so angry I took a bunch of pictures this weekend and I updated the app and all of them are gone. Everything I have taken over the years of having this app are gone.
