Subscribed thinking I would get the 3 day free trial never received it and got charged automatically for the yearly subscription. Tried to send a text on the app and seen they want me to spend more on coins just to send a text which is double dipping. Been trying to get a refund for days no to no avail. Very dissatisfied hope to get my refund through their company.

Took my money

It was supposed to be a 3 day free trial before they charge me for a subscription, but they withdrew $70 from my account beforehand. I need my money back.

Scam

This app is a scam it charged me during free trial it dont work you cant contact customer support cause it says error they denied refund junk we need a lawsuit against company’s like this

Horrible

DONT EVEN LOOK IN THIS APPS DIRECTION!!! ITS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RESOLVE!!! THERES A TAB FOR FAQ AND SUPPORT THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE AND IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WRITE THEM, YOULL NEVER RECEIVE A REPLY, EVEN AFTER THEIR AUTOMATED SERVER SENDS YOU A MESSAGE SAYING THEYVE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLAINT. I PROMISE YOU, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY OUT ANY OF THE OTHER SECOND LINE APPS. ANYONE WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS ONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!! SMH

I still don’t understand

I just started using the app paid for the monthly subscriptions, then I figured it seems I’ll have to text with coins, but I can still receive texts either I have the coins or not, although I haven’t finished using the coins that I received when I created an account, I wouldn’t want to use it as my secondary phone number and then have to purchase coins to send messages out? Don’t you think that would be reckless, I got this special situations and I’m not sure what I’m getting from it
