DisputeKit helps you organize the evidence for a consumer purchase dispute — a denied refund or return, a damaged or missing order, a surprise subscription charge, or a marketplace problem. It keeps everything in one place, on your iPhone, and helps you build a clear PDF you can share yourself. DisputeKit is an information-organization tool. It does not provide legal or financial advice, determine eligibility, verify evidence, contact anyone on your behalf, or guarantee any outcome. You stay in control of every fact. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Collect it all — import receipts, screenshots, photos, PDFs, text, and links, or scan paper documents with the camera. • Keep originals safe — every file you add is copied and preserved, never altered. • Review dates and amounts — the app suggests dates, amounts, and reference numbers it reads on-device; you confirm what's correct before it's used. • Build a factual timeline — arrange what happened, in order, with exact or approximate dates. • Redact private information — draw over card numbers, addresses, and other details you don't want to share; redactions are flattened into the exported copy. • Export one organized pack — preview the full report, then export a clean PDF or a ZIP with your evidence, a CSV index, and a checksum manifest. • Remember your deadlines — add a submission deadline or follow-up date and get a reminder you chose. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account and no sign-in. • No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics. • Your evidence never leaves your device — nothing is uploaded. • The core workflow works in airplane mode. • Optional Face ID / passcode lock adds an extra barrier in front of your cases. PRICING • Free: create one active case, import up to 10 items, use OCR and the timeline, and preview the full report with one watermarked sample export. • Case Credit: permanently unlock one case with unlimited evidence and clean exports.
