Most fun you can have with a map
I am a geography nerd that loves to travel. Being able to estimate distances with this app has brought me hours of fun, appreciation, and on occasion real good information relative to my travels.

I have used this app for a couple years. It helps me plan my hikes, runs, walks.
Seems inaccurate
Nice idea, but seems to overestimate the distance by quite a lot, maybe because my finger-drawn line isn’t smooth enough.

Useful for short distances
If you’re trying to measure long distances, be prepared to either pay for premium, watch an ad to continue measuring, or close the app and measure again. Other than that the app works pretty well with the ability to choose distance units and draw on the map conveniently with your finger.

Kayak Trips Tool
Excellent tool for calculating river distances! I use it for planning kayak trips all the time. Works way better than the segment tool in google maps.
Very Easy to Use
Easy, accurate enough for most hiking, kayaking and biking treks. A very good aid for trip planning.
Good app for distance however to much ads
Decent app, really useful creating routes and measuring distance. I use it on a regular basis however the amount of ads there are (never had been a problem) now is ridiculous, every mile created there’s an ad and it’s jarring and it would be for 30sec which in my opinion too long for ads. Other than that it’s good

Problem with ads
I’ve always loved this app but the ads in it have gotten terrible. They cover the content and there is no way of closing them other than logging out of the app. When you use the Google add menu and you tell it it covers the content, it takes the content of the ad away and leaves a big blank square that you still can’t close

No longer accurately measuring.
Used to work quite well, but now it is off by about 2x the actual distance.
Very good app, not great
I use it a lot to track all kinds of distances and really love it, would highly recommend. Only reason it’s not a 5star is because the app does feel kind of dated. I also would find it cool if there was a way to lock your finger to draw lines straighter since dragging it makes the lines pretty wavy and slightly less accurate. But overall great app, use it a lot

2024年の始め頃までは大変便利なアプリでしたが、2月頃からは広告が急増するわ地図が反映されないわで一気に質が急降下したように感じました。
よって辛辣ではありますが、開発者の驕りを重く見た上で最低評価とさせていただきます。
