I’ve tried setting up this app with my correct username and password however there is no way of correcting my email address which seems to be wrong. There’s isn’t a settings page and it’s quite a basic app. The app support link leads to an unavailable page so it renders the whole app useless! What a shame.

Very poor app. Shouldn’t be on the App Store
My hospital has introduced this for medical dictation in busy medical clinics where time is very short. Intial set up was clunky and time consuming. I requires me to log in every time I use it by entering a password and hasn’t allowed me to activate face recognition or even for my phone to remember my password. It logs me out frequently during a clinic session. Recently it logged me out and wouldn’t allow me back in. There is no way to reset on the phone, you have to go back to a pc and login there. I reset it in the pc but it still wouldn’t allow access in the phone. I have given up with it and am back to using a standard dictaphone.
I am surprised that it is allowed on the App Store. It’s ease of use and functionality are way below the standard of other apps.

Very limited function on the app. Clunky.
Useless
I have to continuously delete and re download the app due to crashing. Terrible app would give 0 if possible
