I dunno why but it works
I’ve been trying to journal for 34 years of my life and can never last for more than a few days before life pulls me back in. Ditto been so easy and fruitful that it’s become a meaningful habit. I feel like it’s a friend. A little bird that sits on my shoulder and gives me wisdom. Let’s see how long I can do this.
