В отличии от новой версии, эта соединяется с часами. Но не поддерживается больше, соотвественно и прошивка для часов устаревшая.

Any time I try to look at my dive logs the app completely crashes and I cannot see my logs.

One Star is Generous
I never would have bought the Genesis Centauri had I known how worthless Dive Story is. I have tried connecting it to multiple phones without success. The in app link to the help menu takes you to a non-English website that has no option to change to English. There is a cloud upload option for the log but no documentation on where the log goes or how to recover it later. I’ll never go back to the dive shop that recommended the computer to me either.

Failed to update old device
Wanted to update, it shown download succeed and then won’t restart. Manually restart it still never upgrade. Lousy software support
Broken Interface and Functions
The base functions of the application work well. However, my wife and I have changed the units to Imperial but the dive log still shows tank size and pressure in liters and bars. This is on both iOS and Android versions. Please update this. Also, we see we can backup the logs to the cloud. But where is it backed up to and how do we access the cloud stores logs?

Terrible App
Like others, the only reason I use this app is because it syncs to my dive computer, the Centauri. My biggest grip with this app is that even though there is a setting to pick between metric and imperial, in the log section for the tank it stays metric even if you have the app set to imperial. The app is not the easiest to link to the computer the first time (but after much trial and error I got it figured out). I really hope that they either put some serious work into this app or that my dive computer company decides to work with a better app.

I only use because I have no other choice
To be honest, the only reason I use this logger is because it’s the only one that connects to my Deep Six Excursion watch. If I had a way to connect to another app, or at least export the logs to another app, I would be using another app.
Here’s the biggest issues I have. The UI is very basic, but forgivable for the most part. I don’t NEED a flashy interface, but I do need a consistent one. I chose the “imperial” unit under settings, which does affect the temperature units, but doesn’t change the tank settings in the log. There’s no way for me to change liters to Cu Ft, nor Bars to PSI. I’m not against metric, but I trained under imperial and until I get more advanced, I’d rather keep things simple for now. Another log issue I have is the inability to change the dive number. I had 6 dives prior to getting my computer. It would be nice to change the number of the computer logged dives in the app to reflect the true number of dives. This is especially important since freedives are not counted separately from scuba dives. I went from 5 dives to 15 dives because I went snorkeling and duck dove 10 times for 20 seconds each. Now my dive count is screwed up in the app with no way to fix it.
If they could fix these log issues and add cloud backup, or log export, then I would give this app 4 stars, one star short for aesthetics.
