About

DiveMedix Responder guides trained medical personnel through dive and remote medical emergencies, entirely offline. Start a case in one tap and the app walks you through it: suspected condition, patient, dive profile, assessment, treatment plan, vital signs, neuro exam, photos, and a signed handoff report. An alert engine reads what you enter and sets the evacuation tier, from routine to emergent, with the destination that matches: hyperbaric-capable, surgical, cardiac, or the nearest emergency department. DIVE EMERGENCIES Decompression sickness, arterial gas embolism, barotrauma, marine life injuries, drowning, and cardiac events, with the first critical steps offered the moment a time-critical condition is chosen. GENERAL EMERGENCIES Medical, trauma, environmental, and envenomation intakes with protocol checklists that are timestamped into the report as you log them. MASS CASUALTY START and JumpSTART triage one patient at a time, with live counts by tag, re-triage that keeps the patient number, notes, priority sort, and an incident report. OFFLINE AI Ask the Field assistant about dive, field or emergency care, in English or Spanish, with no signal. It answers with the exact wording of current guidelines (2021 or later), never its own words, with each source linked, and says so when the library does not cover a question. The assistant runs entirely on the device after a one-time 2.6 GB download on Wi-Fi. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Everything is stored on the device. No account, no server, no signal required. Cases save as you work and when the app goes to the background. Facilities lists nearby hospitals by GPS and puts the DAN emergency hotline one tap away. A field library holds protocols, drug references, and calculators. For trained medical personnel. Protocols augment clinical judgment and do not replace it or proper training. Content is based on current guidance (2021 or later) from DAN, the American Heart Association, ANZCOR, TCCC and the Joint Trauma System, the Wilderness Medical Society, and the CDC.
