3.5 Stars. A little clunky
I love the download feature from my dive computer and the storage of photos, videos and links against the dives works well. Entering dive information is clumsy , it seems that the addition of a few “back buttons” would save me from having to partially key in dive site information then close the app to continue entering more info on another page. I reached out to the developers and they contacted me back a few times but the problem has not been resolved months later. My phone and iOS are up to date so I don’t think it’s me, their documents show a back button but it is simply not on the screen.

Stopped syncing via Bluetooth
Used to work great, now app will not discover the PROPLUS 4.0 via Bluetooth to download dive record. It WILL connect to Bluetooth to download device data for support, but not to download dive records. Very frustrating. Multiple emails to support have gone unanswered.
Endless Frustration
This app is unfortunately the app required to use if you have the Aqualung i330R dive computer. From the start, the registration user interface is archaic and glitchy. I never was able to successfully update the firmware on the dive computer. With the past recall associated with this dive computer, and the inability to update the firmware, I’m less than thrilled to use this very important piece of dive equipment. After a few hours of trying unsuccessfully, the system began giving me an error code, indicating that my email address wasn’t valid. The dive computer is easy to use but because of the app, I don’t see how anyone could feel comfortable buying this dive computer.

Constant errors and crash
Unreal. Can’t even create an account without an error. Useless app if you can’t even log in.

App sucks
App crashes every time when trying to download and save dives.
This app has stopped working to download and save recent dives. When I try to get support, there is no link to connect to any support ( error messages only) I have tried several measures including updating firmware, uninstalling and reinstalling app. This resulted in loss of dive data from previous dives. I am writing this review in hope that some one at diver logs actually cares that their product is not working and may get back to me to resolve the issue. I am out of other options. Looks like I’m not the only one who is having this issue. Help please!!!!

This app is very very bad.
I’m honestly shocked. I loved this app— I had saved everything to it; locations, notes, photos.
My phone broke, had to get another one. It didn’t matter about the apple cloud backup. NONE of the information I put into this app was saved. I lost everything. Incredibly dissatisfied. Log everything better (just use a log book).

Defective No Way to Contact
Can't update GPS locations for dive sites. App data is vulnerable on phone if phone is lost, cloud backups cost money. Ridiculous.
No way to split a dive where a computer recorded 2 as one.
Editing an item on a list is a joke. I say, stay away and buy something else.

Seriously lacking critical features
I am trying to change phones so needed to make another backup to transfer out of IOS ecosystems. No option in app. Went for dives last week - tried to download the data, it has come through as using many different tanks, different mixes etc. Tried to delete the items from Diverlog+ and download them again but once you have downloaded, there is no option to download the dive again if it has been deleted from the phone (despite being able to see it on the dive computer - and all of the correct parameters from the dive). For the number of times this app has to update in order to use it, you would think these features would be readily available - data loss/corruption these days is no joke and I'm about to lose 3 years worth of dive logs if I can't back them up. Seriously - WTH?

Mostly works fine
I have Oceanic PROPLUS 4. Everything works as it should except location GPS/Mapping. Semour island in the Galapagos showed on map to be in Antarctica when I went to adjust it it would not do it the little dive flag marker still showed in the wrong spot entirely

ですがログ一覧が文字のみでごちゃごちゃしてどのダイブがいつのものかイマイチ分かりづらいです。

Lost all my dives
I lost all my dives since the last dive. My dive computer only syncs 33 logs but says there is 80 logs can’t see my 80 logs on the dive cloud and can’t log into my dive cloud. Get kicked out of the app when I look at my cloud ever since their last update
Firmware update stuck at 99*
App is fine not amazing and latest firmware update gets stuck at 99% for i330r

De nombreux bugs jamais corrigés gâchent la vie des utilisateurs. Synchronisation de l’heure Qui ne marche pas. Les paramètres reviennent toujours sur le système anglo- saxon. Obligation de remplir la fiche ordi avec un clavier anglais, etc ….

Habe mein Telefon gewechselt und es ist unmöglich die Tauchgänge zu übertragen, ohne eine kostenpflichtige Version von DiveLog abzuschließen. Die Übertragung Telefon and Telefon funktioniert einfach nicht
