Disappointed in this app
I have to agree with the other feedback that is posted at the time I write this… it really doesn’t serve any function, and I only leave it installed in the hopes that the emergency page contact information is still accurate, but even that I can’t be sure since other references on this app still reference 2022!
DAN please add some functionality to this app as it has potential!

Not helpful at all!
As others have stated this app does absolutely nothing for DAN members. I can’t even log into my account from the app. Feedback from 4 years ago said this was just version 1.01 and the updates would include account access, membership card and insurance coverage. 4 years and NOTHING! Zero stars!

This is not an app designed to help DAN members, it’s a membership ad in the form of an app.
I’m already a DAN member, but this app doesn’t allow me to log in to my account, see my member and insurance info, request assistance … you know, ask the normal stuff you’d expect your DAN app to do.

Not an App
As noted, not an App at all. Just a link to join. Essentially useless
Completely worthless without login capabilities.
Without the ability to log in to access your paid account info, this app is a completely worthless piece of advertising. It’s not that hard to integrate with your database…get it together, DAN.
Pitiful
Considering all the good work DAN does (I’ve been a member since late 1980s) this app is sad. Nothing very useful.

Useless App
I was excited to see the DAN app in the store and downloaded it. It’s nothing but an advertisement to sign up for DAN. This is worthless. I am already a member of DAN with insurance. I expected the app to show my my current membership information. This would have been useful. Instead, I have to go to a web page to navigate to DAN to see this information. Please update this app. It should show us an electronic insurance card, our current enrollment and insurance coverage, applicable travel insurance and the emergency button. Right now, the app is not worth having on your phone. Save your time and bookmark the DAN page in your phone. Also, if you actually hire a developer, being able to add our card to Google and Apple wallet would be AMAZING. I wish I could give this app zero stars because it doesn’t do anything if you are a member.

No access to insurance information
Can I just get a card to put in my Apple wallet? No? How about information about my account? No? Why have an app?
No Member number or Insurance Coverage/Expiration on App!!
Except for having a phone contact (so 1 star for usefulness) this app is only a sales app. You cannot look-up your member number or insurance expiration or type plan to give to a dive operator, etc.
It does absolutely nothing
The app has no useful functions at all. When I want to check what is my coverage and when my membership is going to expire, all it does is to redirect me to DAN’s website. It cannot even save my login credentials. Why would someone create such a useless app is beyond me.
Completely useless
The only thing this app is good for is joining or renewing. I deleted it.
Not personalized
Even though you need to sign in, the app has no where to display my dive insurance policy number or coverage, so I have to have my physical card tor log into the DAN website to retrive the number. DiveAssure has the digital card.
Can’t load DAN card in app?
May have missed it but…why can’t the most basic service — quick access to DAN card — be added to the app. Kind’ve useless.
Useless!
I just deleted this app. It is total useless. No useful information and it only loads when it wants to. Maybe loads 1 out of 7 times. Not wasting my time with useless apps. Now I’m wondering if the company itself is any good. Can’t keep a 10 cent app working and up to date, maybe the insurance is that way also. Doubt that I’ll renew. Maybe they’re part of this new woke culture. I’m out! Bud Light anyone.

When will this app allow you access to login in. Very interesting that you can’t login right away to get access to your account. Have to click renew / join to login every time. Useless app without it. Please fix. Thanks
