I’ve tried a few apps for the daily divine office, but this is the first one that actually includes recordings and even sets melody to the hymns and psalms! I’ve felt something was missing when I recite the others in my reading voice. Great app!

There is no better tool on God’s green earth to help a person remain plugged into the ancient prayers of the Church Universal all across the earth then this app! I have not missed a day of Divine Office in Months and Months because it is always right here with me no matter where I am during my day! These people who record the daily office are AMAZING! Awesome app
This is so perfect for anybody who wants to do the liturgy of the hours. It breaks up into segments so you can do what you have time for, if you are a full-time working person like me, and it even has audio for the songs. I love everything about this app.

Favorite Prayer App
Praying the divine office with this app is easy and beautiful. It is especially nice for someone who does not live in a religious community, to have the ability to join with others in daily Christian Prayer. God bless everyone who made this possible.🥰

Easy for daily prayer
I have been using Divine Office for about three years and I love the way it makes daily prayer so easy. I usually do Morning Prayer, but if I miss morning then I do evening. Praying the Divine Office has the added benefit of creating familiarity with the psalms. I prefer reading the prayers right from the screen, but also appreciate that I can listen to them as recordings.

My only issue, which is such a major one, I’ve stopped using the app, is the super melodramatic readers and singing. It’s not only over the top, it’s grating and overshadows everything else to the point it’s pointless to continue.

I have tried a few different Liturgy of the hours Apps is the is by far for me the easiest and best to use.
Love the audio and the checklist
I love having the audio to listen to. It frequently helps me get into the mood, or stay focused if life is busy. The checklist is great as well…I usually don’t pray the LotH on a strict clock, and when 6:00 comes around the checklist helps me remember whether I’ve prayed None or forgotten it. The checklist is such a simple feature but I really appreciate it.
I do wish the display was configurable and that I could choose between the normal prayers for the day vs those for the day’s feasts, as you can do in Catholic Calendar.
