The app did not even load up it just kept having their logo animation then it would crash my iphone 11 pro max that is on ios 16

Installed on iPhone Xs and first disappointment is that it doesn’t respect safe areas - the app doesn’t take entire screen.
Then it showed me on the main screen “you are not connected...”. And there is also an X button in the top. I hit that and got a prompt “really want to disconnect?”. Didn’t it just tell me that I wasn’t connected at all?
On my wife’s phone it just never loaded. It was showing initial animated loading indicator for a very long time. We force quit the app a couple of times but that didn’t help.

When you see the app it seems to good to be true. And it is. It doesn't work. It's complicated. If I does works it's hard to set it up. 1 star
