Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service

Poorly designed app

App icons at the bottom of the screen don’t sit correctly on the area they’re meant to and everything is just kind of off with the app. Needs someone to truly fix the alignment on all devices. I’m using iPhone 16 Pro.

Absolutely terrible experience

Very disappointed with Divvy Parking. The instructions were unclear and the booking time process was confusing, which ended up causing me to be charged extra. There was no clear guidance on how to adjust my entry or exit time, and customer service was no help at all. I feel like I was unfairly charged due to their poor communication. Would not recommend and will not use again.

Bug after bug

This is the worst, each day my current carpark details disappear before I get there meaning I can’t see the number of the space or even have certainty I have a booking - so frustrating

Never connects to server

App does not work

Never again. Parker Beware!!!

Tonight, I parked at your facility and, upon returning to my vehicle, was unable to enter the building to access my car with the scan pad not working. I immediately called your customer service line, where I was met with an unacceptable level of assistance. The call taker was unable to escalate the issue to security and, after an unhelpful exchange, her only solution was for me to return home and collect the car the following morning. She then proceeded to hang up on me despite me explaining that sending me home 45min away, was unreasonable.

After calling again, I was offered the same inadequate solution, which was neither practical nor acceptable, given my plans for the evening and the following day.

While we were negotiating another family turned up in the same predicament with a 1 and 3 year old.

By chance a security officer walked by and let us in.

It is completely unreasonable to pay for a service and not have access to the vehicle I have parked. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will not be using Divvy again in the future.

This app needs some serious work

DV as a company does a great job providing great locations to park at affordable prices however this app is basically useless.

I spent $120 to rent a parking space in box Hill for a month as I was working away from home. The app provides a pin a QR code and supposedly a button to open the gate to the car park.

On the first day I tried to park the QR code and the pin failed to bring up a booking on the scanner to enter the car park. Luckily I had arrived early enough to make my way to another car park and pay ridiculous price. I spoke to the customer service team at Divvy, who are unable to resolve the issue and treated me with terrible customer service.

Unfortunately I have to call the support team every time I need to enter and exit the car park to get them to manually open the gate and nobody seems interested in fixing the app all the issue with parking at the call centre or via Instagram messages.

You’re better off not pre-booking and just parking casually. That way you can tap your card to get in and out of the car park because the app is useless.

App does the job with some frustrations

Naturally parking in the right spot is quite important and Divvy certainly misses no opportunity to tell you that. Then they hide the bay you’re booked in, in a tiny font, only in the apps booking section, in light grey on white.

If they were to just put aside some cash to fix up the half dozen most annoying issues that people complain about, it would be a big win.

Fortunately, each time I’ve needed them, customer service has been fast and excellent.

Easy to Use

Have recently started using DIVVY since working in the city and must say the app is really user friendly! Will definitely keep using!

Can be very frustrating

I’ve had good and terrible experiences. Recently I booked a car space with the address of 45 Clarence Street, however only by reading the fine detail did it state that the entrance was on a completely different street. After circling for 25 minutes, I managed to find my way. This frustration was further compounded as you can only book on the hour or 30 minutes past so I paid for nearly 30 minutes of parking, yet wasn’t even occupying the space. Additionally when trying to extend the car spot, it extended it in another parking bay, this requiring me to walk back to the car park and move the car by 3 spaces. In the end, I spent more time finding the pathing garage and moving my car then at dinner with my friends. When trying to explain my frustration with Divvy they just ignored it and essentially said I need to read the fine print. Absolutely terrible experience!

Excellent app for cheap overnight cbd parking

Easy to book and use parking station right next to central station and bus stops if you have accommodation in the cbd or need to attend business Commitments all day this app offers cheap alternative parking to motel onsite parking or cbd parking stations

Misleading times

App does not tell you the time in AM or PM. 24 hour time instead with the morning as preset so no way to know that it is 24 hour time unless you scroll all the way to other hours. Poor design

dead

app seems to be non functional now so. there’s that!!

Hopeless app. Just doesn’t work

Wasted 20 minutes trying to get this to work. Hangs on the welcome screen after login telling me I need never get stressed about parking again. Would be less stressed if i could actually use the app to get parking. The web version is confusing. For example gives contradictory information about open times for the location i was after. None of this exactly fills one with confidence. Even if one could actually get it to work.

Worst App

This is app creates traffic congestion on the street. The QR code reader cannot read the code properly which takes care to wait long time to get into building. Also it is so stupid that you have to park in specific parking bay. Takes about 10 min to find the allocated bay which is ridiculous. Not the app for this century. This app is suitable for 19th century.

More functionally please

Hi,

It would be good if there was a function to book multiple days similar to the secure parking website.
Had to individually book each day which was a bit time consuming, otherwise good app so far,

Sincerely,

Brett Johnstone of Rochedale

Complete scam

Drove around for 20 minutes in the carpark trying to find a Divvy parking spot, with none available. Customer support were useless. What a waste of $20!

Extremely difficult to find spots

The idea is good but I have never been able to find the entrance to the carparks and they are often not at the address listed (I drove around looking for one I booked once only to find that the actual location of the entrance was on a different street). I have found this app very stressful to use and will not be using it any more

Can’t access lift building

BAD SERVICE!!! I parked in the designated spot on level two and when I got back to the building, no one was there to allow me back into the building. I had to go through the shutter doors and then it didn’t allow me to catch the lift because it was a secured lift access. I had to walk up the ramp to get to my car??! How would a disable person get to their car?!! I called customer service and they did not refund my money.
