Diw@nati makes it possible to offer Customs end users the opportunity to get information about their customs operations and and monitor certain customs procedures remotely and to consult and download e-documents. It also constitutes an assistance and advice platform for the benefit of client-users who wish to consult the customs services remotely. The objective of this product is to build a Customs / Customer relationship based on trust, openness and transparency while reducing the cost of customs formalities.
