Poor customer service

After 28 non-weekend, non-holiday days, my item finally shipped. My messages went without response (even though they viewed them) and they deleted public comments when I asked to just cancel my order. Way too many small shops to support that deliver your item in a timely manner and actually communicate with you to waste time on this one.
