App won’t let me Log in
I’ve created an account and no matter what I do I can’t login on the app. I even tried making a second account and still can’t log in. Just stick to flannels don’t go apps.

Just use website, app pointless
I would suggest just using the website to order from this company. This company is fantastic. They make great products I order from them. Their app is awful. I have never been able to login under my account ever and from what I’ve seen there is nothing special about the app, there are no special deals for people with the app. It’s just the website. save your data being sold and Save the space on your phone. Do not download this app. It is absolutely pointless.

Ever since they did the latest update, it’s been horrible the interface is way too much. You better off ordering from the actual website.

I can’t see any text on the app. No description or item details. Just started a couple days ago.
Phantom notifications won’t go away
Love the clothes. App is annoying me lately. Has a persistent phantom notification I can’t get rid of. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled, rebooted, tapped every page and tab in the app and nothing helps. Might just delete it for good if this doesn’t work itself out
Horrible app
Constantly have to log in, making it as hard as possible to redeem rewards, PayPal almost never connects, honestly keeps me from shopping here..

Here’s the catch: when I load my cart to over $150, checkout shows free shipping. But as soon as I enter the 20% rewards code, the shipping charges get added back in. That means my 20% savings really works out to more like 10%.
So yes, you can use both—but it doesn’t say anywhere that using rewards cancels free shipping. Thanks for the fake front rewards to loyal customers DIXZ

Horrendous at best
Terrible functionality on this app. Accessing rewards is a pain. I’d like to place an order by I’m about to give up. My cart was also reset

I love Dixxon and when the app works, it works great. But half the time (even after deleting and redownloading) the app will take several minutes to open or just not open at all past the initial screen. After deleting and redownloading, I also lost all my saved ‘Favorites’ which should be tied to my account, and not to the app itself. Just wish they would invest in better development for the app.
