Glitchy
Great idea, nice features but often glitches out and it would be helpful if more than 2 tenants came included with the app especially for those LL with multi tenant properties.

Garbage. Now I gave to contact Apple to get my money back !
Don’t waste your time
App shut the first time I used it. I added my property and as soon as I tried to write in tenants’ name, screen just went black then it shut...Deleted!
Problems
Like the other review, I bought “10 tenants “ cause I needed more then the free two tenants you get with the app. This app randomly deletes all my information that I programmed into the app. As I attempt to do the process of inputting my info into the app, it has a glitch and again, all is deleted. 😩

Can’t use app
This app looks and sounds like exactly what I need.
Unfortunately the app shuts down randomly while entering the tenants details and all progress is lost so after 5 attempts at entering the same information I gave up.
Im hoping the app gets an update soon so that i am able to use it.

Keeps crashing and loses data
It’s not a completely operational app.
It keeps crashing and loses data when it crashes.
Either it needs to be fixed or it needs to be taken off, otherwise it’ll be reported to the authorities for the fraudulent business m!

Lost my money
This app has just taken my money
I just paid for the buy 50 tenants package for $47.99 upgrading from the 2 tenants , it’s charged my iTunes account deducted the money but has not upgraded the tenants . Still at 2 tenants limit

Keeps crashing - no support
App shows promise but keeps crashing. Also I had previously lost all my data. Other than an attractive interface it’s unreliable and not worth buying or using.

Developers Do Not Update
Been using this app for few years on iPhone. As the new updates came for the iOS, it appears the developers have not updated this app. Did the latest iOS update and can not use this app. Pile of rent checks and I can not enter them. App crashes each time I make an entry then hit the done button. CRASH ! Time for good old fashion paper & pencil. Not Happy !

Don’t work over two tenants
Works for two tenants but can’t add third I’ve paid to add third 3 times but still don’t work and no way I can contact any one for support. Waste of time and money
Scam, Glitchy, No Support
You are only allowed two tenants for free. I purchased an additional tenant package in the app and still does not allow me to add more tenants. The app is buggy as well - if you put a passcode on and double-click home button (iOS 10) and exit the app, it brings you back to the passcode screen. Very annoying.
There's no way to contact support as well. Stay away or use at your own risk.

I selected to purchase additional tenants/properties and it did not work but my credit card was stilll charged. I go to the app site and click on "contact us" and nothing happens. If this doesn't get fixed soon, then this is just a scam.

I would I can rate this app to 0 . The owner just drop the ball . If you have 2 tenants this app is OK for free If you buy more this app is dead can not be unlock more than 2 even the owner . That why no one support , No mater you buy one tenant or 50 tenants .... STOP BUY NO MORE TENANTS SAVE YOUR MONEY BEFORE TOO LATE ..............

Stopped working after purchased tenant
Best landlord app that I could find but it stopped working after I purchased one tenant. 🙁 Had to delete it and search for a better, well maintained app.
Buying tenants does not work.
I bought one tenant in addition to the two free ones a year ago. Did not work. I deleted the app.
I gave it another try today. It restored my payment, but still does not work past two. Idiot bought a ten tenant package thinking maybe it would work. Like a broken machine: took my money- no tenants. Still does not work. The app has no one to call or to communicate.
I guess I will have to call apple.
Or cancel my bank transaction.

Usa only needs zip codes. Too much manual entry. Limited functionality. Not for me

How do you get In touch with someone paid twice for 50 tenants and still can't put more than 2... wish my I pad and iPhone would work togeather
Almost 2 years
Last update was almost two years ago... need to be able to customize invoices/receipts. The idea was great... just need to keep up with it.
