Watch won’t reboot
Watch won’t reboot after putting new face on it tried with charger. Ran battery down and. Recharged. To see if that would solve it didn’t 😡😡
Doesn’t hold data
Even after I unbind and rebind it doesn’t have any fitness data and doesn’t store it.
Fed up
The app collapses and refuses to work unless I reload it, every couple of days at the moment. Time to save up for something better.
App problem
My watch seems to be working okay but my app is not responding & getting any information from my watch. The last information from my watch to the app was 22/12/21. I have deleted both watch & app but still not working. Watch SMA-R4. Bluetooth & internet have no problems.
App constantly crashes!
The app keeps crashing every time it’s opened, when it does eventually open it allows some settings to be adjusted but crashes randomly.

Crushing for past two days
It was really good app but past two days os keep crushing, I can’t open it at all even after reinstall whole app. Any ideas what’s the reason?

I just rated this 5 stars for attention On my watch and app there is no gps and I’ve allowed both the watch and going fit to access all location services and know where the watch is at all times plus I always open gps in open space outside. At the bottom of the watch section on the app it say “AGPS-Update” I’ve clicked on that but it never loaded! I’ve got an extremely good Wi-Fi connection, always at 5 bars and I also have an amazing signal strength which is always at max signal. Could you help me please? (By the way the watch is Gandley) Thanks for reading, please reply ASAP

Everytime i try to open app it crashes.i have to uninstall then reinstall app

A security risk app / watch
Kept insisting on full access to all photos. Why?
GPS calculation and reception sometimes worked, sometimes not. Absolutely unreliable.
The only good / accurate things about this watch / app is that it allows customised watch background, Compass and calls alert vibration. Everything else seems randomly made up.

I’m so over this headache
I purchased the watch because of the waterproofing and vital monitoring. First it stoped monitoring my vitals and due to the last firmware update, my screen is glitched. I contacted customer service and the directions to fix it won’t/don’t work for me. I’m no idiot and if I tell you and show you what is happening, you telling me to follow the directions won’t make it magically happen.

App funktioniert doch wieder
Habe sie löschen müssen und neu installiert. Jetzt geht es wieder. 😊 allerdings ist die Uhr immermal wieder nicht verbunden mit der App. Was ein wenig nervt. Aber sonst alles gut 👌
App constantly crashes
When it works it’s great! The latest update asks me to fill in all my details again and log in with Apple, starts to update and crashes. Close the app down properly then back to filling in the details again. When is the next fix? **Update - developer fixed the problem- many thanks!

It was quite good up until the watch power button stopped working

Since the last update I have to log in every time I open the app. This is crazy.

The updates version is rubbish i syc it with my phone using Bluetooth to connect to the app it connects then keeps going off!
The app was fine before the updates were done. Now I can’t save my steps or workouts. Will have to sell my watch because the app don’t work.

Stopped working
Update: Everything is back to normal and working. Can’t believe I didn’t notice the ‘pair device’ button on the app.
Thank you Got this app when I purchased a smart watch in March. The make is Gandley. Everything was great but today it won’t link to the app and is now pretty much useless, as the time is always wrong. I’ve tried uninstalling everything and resetting to factory, but still not working. I have tried to contact the watch maker but no response.
