No useful response, terrible customer service.
Not sure if they can even be trusted. They only have a bot to reply to chats, no way to contact them on phone. How can they be trusted if they don’t even have a human to talk to on the phone for any questions or concerns.
Crooks
As far as I can tell they are a bunch of crooks. No way to contact them, no replies to chats or emails. I filed a claim with Securities and Exchange Commission.
No way to delete account
Seems odd that there is no obvious way to delete your account or remove your data.
