Beware doing business with DJ Big Ty
I’m still waiting for a promised refund of a $300 deposit for photobooth services. I was promised the money back after COVID caused us to reschedule the event several times (each time Ty agreed to the new date, as all our other vendors did). Then he moved out of the state of Connecticut and I never heard back. I had to chase after him to finally be told that I “changed the date too many times (3) and that he didn’t have to refund my money.” The contract he and I signed says otherwise and he finally promised by end of May. Hey Ty—it’s June 1. I need to make sure others are aware of this situation in the interest of consumer protection, so I’m sharing my story.
