It is so damn difficult to get the drone to fly using the app. I usually have to start up the props then turn on the app

Won’t work with IPhone 16 Pro
I just bought a second hand phantom 3 Standard, and had to order two different chargers from Amazon but neither fit the battery. I also bought another battery which brings my total now to right at $400 and it will not connect to the DJI go app. So all of the money spent and the excitement to fly is sitting in a pile next to my bed. It will not connect with my iPhone 16 pro. I have spent hours on YouTube and the internet just to find out the app is not compatible.

Doesn’t work on Mini 6 + P3P
I was excited to use my iPad because the screen is bigger than my phone, but the app doesn’t connect to my drone. I have an iPad Mini 6 and a Phantom 3 Pro.
Bad do not get!
Horrible kept on quitting and breaking the first few times it worked good but then started having problems.

I have downloaded multiple times hoping it would work but it doesn’t. We buy expensive equipment but the app doesn’t support the equipment. It’s very frustrating.

Given, I am using an old product, but every time I try to open Gimbal settings the app crashes. Not just sometimes. Every damn time.
Need updates for Osmo mobile 2
Would be good if I could change how fast the gimbal could move crashing the app every time i touch gimbal settings please fix
Non stop crashing
Can’t even get it to record a single video without crashing and the video is completely out of whack as the camera doesn’t even shoot in the same direction as its pointed. This is the worst experience I’ve had so far with such a well known brand. Wow guys really don’t support older products do you.
App crashes every time
The app crashes every time I try to select gimbal in the settings. The gimbal already went crazy once and broke my phone camera. Please fix the app so I can have faith in these products again.
Absolute trash
If I could give this app a -5 review, I would. The amount of times I’ve opened the app for it to crash is unreal. Not only that, once it crashes, I have to delete the app (and EVERYTHING with it…) and reinstall it. It’s complete garbage, what kind of app requires a fresh install once every 5 times of use?? The amount of photos and videos I have lost purely down to app crashes is a joke. I’ve never hated an app as much as this one. Garbage isn’t the word I would use.

このV3.1.80を入れても起動１秒で落ちてしまう方、残念ながら諦めてください。何をしても無駄です。サポート配布の代替えのV3.1.81が存在しましたが今月で使用期限が切れたので同じく1秒で落ちます。もう、今後期限の更新はしないと連絡が来ました。古いiPad なので仕方ありませんがダウングレードがあれば解決したのに。。。v.3.1.80が普通に起動する機種も有るので相性の良いIPAD,iPhoneを探すかAndroid版に乗り換えましょう！色々試して疲れました。
