玻璃房间无法建模
因为阳台三面都是玻璃几次建模都不成功，客服说因为玻璃的原因，解决办法是把低处的所有玻璃用纸或者布挡着再建模。实在太不智能了！

Unfortunately, I’ve had negative experience with the DJI power 2000 and it’s two additional batteries specifically with port failures for my solar panel panels DJI and there is very little customer service Constant faults and no alerts on the app. If there’s a problem with the unit as they regularly are then when the problem comes on if you click it, it takes you to a dead screen.

Not working in U.S.
Dear DJI, we love your product, but why you put regional restrictions on many of your products? Was about to use it under V1.1, but my Romo became useless after updating the app to V2.0. Very bad decisions. Please remove such unnecessary restrictions for your own brand’s future!

住别墅的千万别买
首先不同楼层或者区域切换一点也不智能，操作不当建图就作废。其次地图只能保存4张，住别墅的你保存个🔨啊

开始工作和结束工作可否也提供通知消息 需要一个小组件可以不用打开就能知道实时状态
Absolutely unusable
I recently decided to buy a DJI Romo in China due to a Roborock software failure. Unboxing the Romo was a delight, but as soon as I started to try to connect it to the app it became an absolutely frustrating, pointless, traumatic exercise. No matter what region or language settings I change I can’t get my “Flagship Romo P” to even connect to any of my devices. Atrocious and incredibly disappointing - I wouldn’t recommend this.

不支持随机清洁
必须要有内置地图的情况下才能开始清洁，不支持临时的清洁活动。但是很多人家里是有门槛的，会有台阶，然后他就只支持四张地图，我甚至无法给阳台的建图。为什么不能开发出随机临时清洁功能？
故障优化
每次故障提示出来后，比如卡住了东西，解决问题后点继续清洁，机器人都是回到基站，然后直接结束任务了，剩下的房间不干活了。这一点非常的烦。因为要重新单独设置一遍

地图显示优化
在选择先扫后拖的时候，扫地的轨迹为蓝色如果拖地的轨迹能设置成另外一种颜色，用户就知道扫地机当前拖地的面积和轨迹。否则拖地和扫地的轨迹都是蓝色，很难区分哪里没有拖地
在线客服经常闪退
其他功能还行，但在线客服聊着聊着就闪退
不适配iOS平板，望改善一下
在iOS平板上是显示小页面，望适配一下，还有识别障碍物能优化一下，水箱水量能否显示一下！

打扫成功一点消息推送都没有，只有机器人出故障才有消息推送
希望优化人机交互功能
避障确实不错，贴边清洁也不错，但人机交互明显不足，智能化欠缺，用起来有点死板，有丢地图现象，希望越来越好，毕竟基础扎实
