Needs updating
Biggest issue is not being able to edit directly from SD card. This is a serious usability limitation. Other companies,, ie Insta360 do not have this limitation. This prevents me from buying the Osmo 360 camera. DJI MIMO is also way behind in functionality compared to its competitors.

Privacy compromised
This behemoth app presents a lot of privacy issues. And you can’t even use the DJI camera without it. It requires you to install the app create an account and register the camera. It collects and transmits a lot of sensitive data including location for no legitimate reason. There is no way to opt out. On top of that the interface is not well thought out. Menus are not ordered logically. And the app is very bulky and heavy running. There is constant Internet pinging traffic. And it will routinely crash the app and the camera.
